Purchased 4 pizzas for a gathering at my house for 9 people. Had a Buffalo Chicken, Cowboy, and 2 NY Style pizzas. Everyone (4 of the 9 people) who ate the Buffalo Chicken pizza got sick overnight with stomach issues. My son was too sick to go to work the next day. Called and reported the issue 2 days later to the manager who stated everything is shipped in cooked so food poisoning basically could not be the issue. Provided my contact information as she was going to let owner know and never received any call back from the store.
I never thought I'd like the idea of baking my own pizza back when this first came out. But now years and years later, I absolutely love everything about it. I order & pay online, swing by & grab it off the rack, & I'm on my way home.
Over the years, we have NEVER had a BAD experience. In fact, most encounters are very positive. While the workers tend to be young (teens), they almost always have adult supervision, and the result is speedy but superb customer service. The pies are always exactly what we ordered. Highly recommended.
It used to be that take-and-bake pizza saved you money, but the prices now are approaching the already cooked places. The service is still very fast and the toppings are generous.
They were rude and DID NOT wear masksI bought two pizzas and one didn't really have chicken on it, I was searching for itI paid $34 for my two pizzasI won't go back
Manager was talking to someone about sports as a line of customers were waiting (4+ people), no one was helping anyone. When asked if we could get help, the manager stated that they were in an interview and called someone that was busy working in the back to help with the customers waiting up front, then proceeded to talk about sports in their "interview".Food was great and always is, but poor service from this location. I've worked in the good industry for 8+ years and we would always put paying customers before an interview. I usually rate Papa Murphys high, but this is probably the last time I'll go to this location.
I will go out of my way to specifically drive to this location. It’s clean. The staff is polite and super helpful. The Manager works alongside his crew and you can tell they all get along and work well together. This store is not really even close to where I live but I won’t go anywhere else for my Papa Murphy’s Pizza.

Good alternative to typical pizza chains better signature offerings. The chicken bacon artichoke is good. The thin crust is really good, pizzas are not greasy. Clean, polite staff & fast service reasonably priced
Love this place, reasonable prices and I always get exactly what I order. Take and bake pizza is great, it's made fresh for you, and all you do is stick it in the oven for a few minutes. A couple of slices of warm pizza and a cool, crisp salad make for a perfect quick dinner.
