Just walk in at the 119th ST. The lady that was in there was RUDE and her communication skills was zero to none. Basically kicked us out and had no clue when the pizza was going to be available. If the place says open on google are we supposed to imagine there's no pizza available. Please train the employees to be more coordial & kind to customers. By the way I hope you have a great day LADY!
The workers were so kind and friendly I felt like they went above and beyond with there great service I love how kind everyone was !
Worst pizza I've had in years. Short of sauce, skimpy on pepperoni, and could barely see the cheese!!! Suppose to be NY style but crust was too thick.

I ordered wings and a Papadilla. I received a pizza. I ate part of it because I waited 90 minutes and I didn't realize that it was the wrong thing. The food made me I'll. I called the manager. He was only able to offer a refund, which I eventually received. I did a survey, after which I was given a code for a free Papadilla. When I placed an order for it, the site said it couldn't deliver an order less than $11.00.This is the worst of customer service, a complete inability to solve a problem and take care of a customer. It would have been so simple, but because of a lack of real concern, nothing has been been done.Never again, Papa John's.
Scotty and JR are absolutely wonderful! I had my pizza made to my exact standards and they were both so sweet and personable! They also had my pizza made so quickly! I will Definitely be making the extra drive to this location from now on!
Some times we only hear about the negative, here’s a positive. I just want to commend our delivery driver. I made a mistake and didn’t check our delivery address and our driver went above and beyond with getting our food out to us. Thank you for fixing my mistake and getting us taken care of. We know it’s a busy night with the Chiefs playing tonight, you guys were awesome.
Friendly, Fast, and delicious. The staff is friendly. Once when they did make a mistake on the way the pizza was cut(we wanted squares they did triangles), they gave us the option to have it re-made and when we chose to keep it they gave us a credit for when we came back.
We ordered a large Works tonight. It’s been a couple yrs since we’ve gotten a Papa John’s pizza and we thought we’d give it a try. It was ready in under 15 mins. That would’ve been impressive except the toppings were sparse and hardly any cheese, (if any!) topped it. It was very underwhelming- just meh. And the crust (rim) was so wide (3 inches in areas)and empty of toppings.
This location is always on the spot with the pizzas! They're nice, attentive, and on time in terms of pizza pick-up times. I'd recommend this location to grab your pizza cravings.
