Tonight I ordered a pizza for delivery. I live in an apartment complex and the papa tracker said it was delivered. I was waiting outside and never saw the delivery driver. I called the store and spoke with manager Garrett. He said driver Dave left it in the Lobby. The Lobby is closed here for the night so I knew that was impossible. I never found the pizza. I asked for a refund and a new pizza. Garrett wouldn't give me both only 1 or the other. Worst customer service around.
We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery on their app 10 minutes before close. I was called and told I could only come & pickup or cancel the order. We chose to cancel because we didn’t want to pay delivery prices/fees for pickup. If we wanted to pickup out dinner, we would have selected that option. Very very unhappy with this unprofessional situation.They should be open with all options for ALL of their hours of operation.
Tried to place an order for delivery on a Saturday night. Was hung up on 4 times. I then tried to do an online order, and they shut the system down so I have to do carry out only. Your pizza’s not that great. Get over your selves. Nothing a quick door dash order can’t fix. Happy to buy food delivery elsewhere.
After a long weekend of moving, we called to place an order for a pizza. They took our money promptly, but then NEVER delivered our pizza. Even worse, after over an hour of waiting we tried to call back to check on it, but they were closed. Absolute WORST.
If you enjoy pizza an hour late, ice cold, and served with warm soda then this is your place.
1 person has been working the lunch here...1. Orders are all about an hour or more behind consistently. Quit taking advantage of desperate workers and actually pay a fair wage!
Called to see if they were super backed up with pick up orders. I’ve had problems with waiting 30 plus minutes to be able to pick up a ready order. I have two kids in the car so I just wanted to know if it’s the same situation, I understand, places are understaffed, I’ll go somewhere else.The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely rude and kept telling me that I must not know how to correctly place the order. Take your frustration out on someone else. I just asked a question.
Hmm, can I say best pizzas in the town? We have eaten NY pizza quite a many times, which is awesome. The quality as well as quantity is the best.
The last two times I've ordered from here, my order has been wrong. Impossible to get thru to talk to someone about it. Terrible, cold pizza, waste of money.
