I signed up for the free unlimited sips and gave taken full advantage of it. They have upped their food game recently.
I placed an online order with Panera. I seen that the only soup options were soups that only had the macaroni. I called and confirmed with them if they had broccoli cheddar soup the lady said yes. I told her about the online soup options she said she would change it. The phone was disconnected after she told me to hold. So I went online and made it clear in the specific instructions box that I did not want macaroni shells in my broccoli cheddar soup. Someone didn’t understand.
This is a normal experience at this Panera over the past several months. I understand the problem with staffing but I also go to many other Panera's and I do not experience this level of ongoing deficiencies.When I come in, there is now usually no one at the register even though I see many employees walking around. You are forced to use the kiosk. This morning, 6/7/22 tat 8:30 am there was no decaffeinated coffee available and it took over 25 minutes to refill. The half and half container was empty and no one filled it until I asked for that to be filled too.These are not one time issues, this happens as a normal practice of business there on 135th Street. I have decided not go use this Panera anymore. This store has earned the right to be fired.
Rapid pickup had most of the orders behind the counter. Food was good but not where I expected it since the app said on the shelf near the door.
Good menu. Minus two stars for staff deficiencies and cleanliness.
5/20/22Nothing much has changed here, constantly out of coffee & creamer. The Town center store doesn't have these issues so I'm sure is just poor management.Coffee was 2 hours old & barely warm this morning. Had to ask manager to make fresh. No one was attending coffee station. Not a good experience today.
Ugh, so much for a quiet lunch. No sweet tea, as ordered...just stuff that didn't make a great experience.
Horrible service through the mobile app. Every time I order I have to wait in line because my order is not on the pickup shelf. While I’m waiting in line I can see my food with my name on it sitting behind the counter and today I finally got tired of waiting and just walked straight into their kitchen and grabbed it and nobody said a word to me ??♀️
Very nice food choices. Good helpful people work here. We like this one a lot.
Dear, Panera - This is my second time ordering the Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup, and EACH time I've been given MORE broth, than anything else.I'm paying for the chicken, noodles, carrots, etc, so why is it that your location keeps doing this?!P.s. - Can I only order from you during day hours to avoid getting all the loose and tiny pieces of chicken that are in the broth I have received twice now?
