Soups are always good. Got the sandwich/soup combo. Staff while courteous seam as if they wished they were some where else. Sandwich was poorly made, all the meat fell out. Oh well maybe it will be better next time.
My son and I just arrived from Dallas and pulled in just as they were closing. The young girl with glasses came and unlocked the door for us and let us in! As are most young boys, my son is a picky eater and could not stop talking about their soup. Her and the young, tall man with glasses, kindly helped us when they could have left the door locked for I am sure they were ready to close up and go home.Restaurant was clean and the food had the most excellent presentation with a hefty portion of soup for my son(which more than likely would have ended up down the drain). They saved our dinner plans and outdid themselves. Thank you for your patience and kindness!
Good food but girl that put order in messed it up . She rushed us and it was bad! Manager gave us a gift card.
We do like this Panera Bread location except for the fact that they keep forgetting items on our delivery. This just happened to us again for the 4th time. Panera has refunded items and was helpful. However, it is just annoying to not receive what we order and have to go through this process all the time. I hope the staff will double-check customer orders better.
We'll what do you know of course it had to happen in overland park ks i went inn to this Panera bread to order me a sandwich and a soup and I'm trying to make up my mind on what soup I want that guy looks at me and say hay we have Mexican soup by the way if that ain't racial profiling then i don't know what it is i didn't say anything but I'll make sure to never go back and tell people what kind of place this is not to mention the patio outside the tables were super dirty so we had no choice but to eat inside it's already bad enough to pay 9$ for a quarter of a sandwich and on top of that you get racially profile not fear i guess it's hard being a Mexican in overland park if I could give them a zero ⭐ i would in a heartbeat
Was OK. Coffee and Bagel were decent. Customer service was awful. It was also not very clean. Outlets were so old ya couldn’t even plug in a computer cable! Needs a redo franchise owner.
Star ratings being relative I’ll give this Panera 5 stars. Come in at least once a week, always friendly staff - though with the ordering kiosks you don’t even interact with staff half the time, which means they can do their work and service is much quicker. Really appreciate Panera’s advancements here.
Wonderful staff, they were all helpful. Dining area was clean and the climate temp inside perfect. Eliano cooked up some great food!
Food was good as always, but they forgot my order in our group of three...took them 10 mins to find it.
