awesome when it's open, but its 50/50 that it'll be closed, signs like closed for cleaning, closed due to no water, right now they should be open but are closed due to no staff, super convenient location but I don't bother anymore (also if you order the pick up go to the counter cause they rarely put it out on the shelf)

This place has good sandwiches and bakery items. Nice selection of coffee drinks
I have been a customer for a long time in this store. But they never properly prepared an online order.They had no explanation and acted as if they were not responsible. It was very unpleasant.

This location isn't on the same level as the others in the area. They forgot about half my order, the hot chocolate tastes like a warmed up yoohoo instead of hot chocolate, the soup tasted old and was really gloopy instead of smooth...seats and tables were dirty....and in the 45 minutes I was in the store I didn't see anyone walk the floor and clean. They weren't busy.Asked for an exchange for the hot chocolate and the worker got defensive immediately and said they couldn't refund. All I wanted was a large fountain instead, don't need attitude for no reason.If you can avoid this Location I would. Only one friendly person in the store.

Placed an online order, paid for it and when I got to the 75th and Antioch location, it was all locked up! Called customer service and they said sorry, issuedy credit which I will see in 3-5 days. Pitiful service all the way around!

Helpful staff and quick service. Sometimes your rapid pickup will not be on the shelf but it is usually ready behind the counter.
