This location is decent overall but there's a very big difference in the amount of food you get depending on the person behind the counter. This last time I went in and Alexis was behind the counter. She scooped the items getting a very strict one ladle worth and that was it. She didn't try to get it really full or get a few extra pieces after like many others will do. So I ended up feeling that I didn't get the amount that I should be getting. They should always really try to fill the ladle or after they scoop the ladle go back for a couple extra pieces so that you get the full amount that you're supposed to. I dislike going here because I never know how much I'm going to get even though the prices keep going up. With any restaurant consistency is key. And not getting a consistent amount leaves people feeling ripped off.
Please train your employees on performing basic tasks. Very politely asked for chili sauce as I do every single time. The dimly lit bulb behind the counter gave us packets of every kind of sauce imaginable... Except the freaking chili sauce I asked for. It's already annoying enough that your location basically closes an hour earlier than posted... Unless you want some of whatever old dried at stuff from the 3 items they have left

They were on their way to five stars but they didn't listen to what I was saying because they confused me talking to my child with an answer so when I went up and said hey we ordered this they just made an excuse for how I was wrong when I absolutely know that I ordered the right thing now they free of charge gave us that thing but challenging me by not accepting their mistake was off putting and poor customer service and they made up something that they said they said and said I responded a certain way and I know what I said and never said it. It's unfortunate because I was willing to give five stars but because they put too many things in boxes it made it really hard to work with a two and a half and seven year old and we didn't even get all the teriyaki sauces we needed and we're just missing a few things which is a bummer because this stuff never happens. Maybe next time when we come by.
I ordered 2 large chow main. Some how during check out my food got switched with someone else and I got orange chicken with steam rice and beef and broccoli with rice. I didn’t touch the food and I went back and told them that my food got switched with someone else. They refused to give me what I ordered and didn’t even care. I will never ever come to this panda or any other panda.
Food was fresh and really good! A little overboard on the fried rice though and could have used more chicken.
Picked up for lunch this week. Not that friendliest of service, but the food was good and plentiful.
Well the food was very nice once I got home to eat it without my chopsticks that I asked for and they said they don't have any that they keep ordering them but they just don't get them they must be the only Panda Express don't have chopsticks isn't that just crazy
Short handed. 1 woman to serve n 1 man to cook. Very slow. Food sub par compared to other Panda Express. 9 ppl in line as I left
It’s good. I wish they would add a bit more sauce. I like the sweet fire chicken. Yum.
