Why is the lobby closed??? I drove an extra 10 minutes to eat here, not sit in the drive thru for a additional 30 minutes!!

DO NOT MOBILE ORDER HERE!I did this and their lobby is closed, therefore making me wait 25 mins in line for an order already made, paid for and promised at a designated time. The mobile app and online ordering do not warn you that this location has a closed lobby. Customer service is absolutely awful as well.
The food at the Overland Park 91st and Metcalf location is good. That's the only 1 I will go to. I've had too many bad experiences at the speedway location.

Ordered online for in store pick up and they closed the lobby for unknown reason, wouldn’t answer their phone now I’m waiting (over 15 minutes) in the drive through because I don’t know how to get a refund on my $30 order. Will never be back to this location.
