If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Not many places are open when I get off work so I look forward to coming here when I’m off. Even when they are busy they try to hurry and my order is always on point, I may wait less then 20 mins. Even with cars out lining towards the street. They are worth every penny. as I always tip them and tell them how much I appreciate them, they are hard workers who deserve every credit. Please keep up the good work!!!

Went through the drive thru and bought 3 breakfast burritos one no eggs, all 3 had eggs. Called them multiple times right away and no answer, not the first time this happens but it was the last one.Came back the next day and the lady said it wasn’t her fault, it was the cook she said. Didn’t want to make it again unless I brought the burrito back, even though she remembered me. I know customer service is not what they are known for but to lose a frequent customer over a burrito…gotta do better for the people that keeps you in business.

Food is good & everything but they be charging you more than they should. on my last visit i ordered a dozen of tamales and a burrido and my total amount was $39 dollars, when i checked my bank statement they had charged me $50. I complained about it, showed proof, and the girl at the window said it was an extra charge because i paid with a debit card. girl an extra charge of $10 dollaaars, just bc i paid with debit card UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Pancho's breakfast burritos are really good. I get the Carne Asada or the mixed (ham and bacon). They have raised the price from the menu price posted on here. They about $6 and some change. The breakfast burritos are totally worth it though!

They charged me $1.20 for extra cilantro and onion on each of my tacos barely put any I mean little to nun and I paid $30 for five tacos. The lady in the drive-through had the audacity to have an attitude.

This is my second time here and I was still disappointed. So upsetting thinking I’m getting authentic Mexican food . Asked for gauc and pico on my taco and the gauc and it has the consistency of taco sauce . Tacos are straight trash. Paid $23 for 4 tacos like what ? ! ? the meat made my taco soggy but it was dry. How is that even possible. Will never go back.

For what it is, it’s amazing. Lol. Like if you want fancy Mexican food no, but if you want good solid food and a satisfying meal that actually feels like it’s Mexican, this is it. Not super cheap but real cheap enough and real food. Love coming here.

Has the best breakfast burritos!!! I highly recommend the mixed burrito. Ham, bacon, egg, potato, and cheese. Delicious!!! I never think to take a picture and then it's gone. The burrito WILL fill you up.

Never had any issues with the food at Pancho's, always good, but I will not be going back in the future. I cannot patronize a business that charges a fee to use a credit/debit card. Didn't realize it or even know it until I got back and looked at my receipt, my total was $12.62, but my card was hit for $13.09. I realize its only pennies, but a 3.7% fee to use a credit card is absurd. Sorry Pancho's, I don't play that game.

I've been coming here for years. In my experience, it's best to avoid weekend nights as the drive-thru line can wrap all the way around the building. That's no fault of the restaurant; they just have that many customers on those nights. Over the years, the food has been surprisingly consistent and it always meets my expectations. But I do have a couple tips:1) Eat your tacos quickly! They are delicious but if you wait too long the shells get soggy and can fall apart.2) If you go on a weekend night be prepared to spend over 20 minutes in the drive-thru. If you want to go anyways, try to go before 9pm and there will be fewer cars.3) If you want something made differently than on the menu, just ask. For example, with their Super Nachos I like to change it from steak to ground beef.4) Be prepared for pot holes. They have drive-thru traffic 24 hours a day and therefore have a difficult time repairing them properly.
