This is difficult for me to leave this review since I worked here in the 80's and 90's. First, the food, it's still good but they do need more sauce on the pizza, it was dry. My issue is the lack of service and manners. I dealt with 4 different people trying to get 2 slices and a drink. Not one person said "Hello", "May I help you?" "What would you like?", I did get a "what do you want?" When it was time to pay the guy just held out his hand. I had to ask him how much I owe. An overall poor experience. Sad they have very little customer service. Nick, help your employees to do better, I know you can.

Went in my first time the other day, was freaking amazing. Will go back again.

Called to order pizza. Was then placed on hold which meant just setting the phone down. After 10 minutes I hung up and called back, but got a busy signal because the phone was probably still sitting on the counter.

Someone really needs to teach the staff how to cook a pizza. We ask for well done and I don't think they know what that means. When you hold it in your hand, it hangs down like a limp..... it should hold its shape and crunch when you take a bite. The dough is not cooked! Come on!

There was a hair in my brother's pizza. He cried and his appetite was ruined.

Decent food, decent service. Prices are a bit steep, but, mall food.

The kids working here are rude and not trained in customer service at all. He gave me the nastiest looking slice in the pie and it wasn't even warm. Half the pie looked great.. and he decided to give me the small, nasty old piece that was already cut and off to the side. There were 3 of them working there and I should've just brought it back for a refund. Nasty, aftertaste. I'm sure they didn't handle it correctly. Don't rest here for your health or covid concerns. These guys don't care and it shows in their attitude and attention to detail. You don't give the only customer in line the nasty piece when you're not busy!. Owner probably doesn't care. They won't last long. Nothing like good old Sbarro.

Pizza is very good, but one particular older staff member (I believe was the manager) was extremely rude to me just for coming here awhile back. Gave a very loud exasperated sigh and swore under his breath (loudly) and then pretended to correct his behavior once he talked to me. I was literally only going for one quick slice on my break. Have not returned since for that reason which is unfortunate because as I said, the pizza itself is good

The crust was black (burnt) so all I could eat was toppings - I would have asked for another slice but I had taken it home to eat

My brother (Bobby) used to work here. Or, maybe he wasn't my brother at all. Hope you are OK Anthony.
