Service was Fantastic!! Food was absolutely amazing!! They were short handed on staff, but the manager Chris made sure the restuarant was running at a 5 star rating! He was out there serving and taking orders with his people! He was very polite, and very energetic, excellent leader, made our families experience there amazing!!!! The whole effort that was being put in by the staff was amazing!!!
This place sucks. Went here a week or two ago. Only had the bar section open. Only one waitress and a bar guy. Dinner wasn't what I expected to be. Got the tamales dinner. The tamales looked like it came from the gas station. Then chips only got refill once. And the restroom smells like mold. Really don't know how this place is still open. Overall I will not be going back to this place
When giving time estimates to your delivery drivers, please state a time. "I'm bagging like 7 orders right now" translated into a 15 minute wait. Had you just told me 15 minutes, I'd have dropped the order, left the restautant, and not leave you a bad review. You tanked a good hour for me.Ok. 20 minutes.
I loved this location as well! The waitress was super sweet & so awesome! The bartender MIXES up AMAZING DRINK'S, I mean she makes the literally the best drinks ever! Everything was fresh, sizzling hot & scrumptious!
If you like to dip your chips in marinara this place is for you! Sauces are runny and tomatoey, the ‘hot’ was warm. My server left my food on the counter by the time she ’found’ my dinner it was cold. Would have sent it back but didn’t want to make my family/guest wait for my meal to be re-made or more than likely microwaved. Which the latter would have toughened my enchilada, dry out my rice and my taco shell would be soggy. Very disappointed.
Delicious queso to start, and some fun margaritas! Our waitress was awesome - she even remembered we were vegetarian and made sure to tell us to get the black beans. The pinto beans have lard in them.
Great food and service! Great sized portions. Bathroom area had a funky smell, but everything else was great.
My server did a good job and the food was good. They pretty dead when I went there and hostess tried to seat me to a bar table ven tho they were like 15 ppl in the restaurant, that upset me a bit but as above mentioned everything else made up for that.
Trash seating, pathetic customer service. Absolute waste of time. Hostess has pathetic customer service on 12/17. Asked for seating for 2 at the bar, was told 5-10 minute wait which was fine, but afterwards the hostess refused to update or acknowledge or even look at us while seating others who came in after us at the bar, seated others waiting wrong as well, ended up wasting 30 or so minutes waiting at this trash establishment before getting fed up with the lack of customer service and leaving to another nearby establishment with better customer service that seated us immediately.
Stopped here for an early dinner and the server was very unfriendly and the service was slow. Food was average. I will not be going back.
