Um, just ew... not sure why it's called noodle company if it's the worst pasta product I've ever tried. We got the Wisconsin Mac and cheese and the pad thai. Mac and cheese was just bleh, I feel like the Velveeta Mac and cheese you buy for your kids is better than this. And don't let me start with the pad thai! Barf! It's not even spicy. Pad thai should be sweet, salty and spicy. This one taste like a hint of fish, not the good kind. I really don't recommend coming here. Staff was friendly and food was cheap, not expecting much. That's why I'll give it 3 starts

Great place if you have a craving for noodles, but don't have the time or money for a sit down situation. Recommend the pesto cavitapi with crusted chicken parmesean! It is perfection!

Highly overrated! Had one of my worst dining experiences ever here. In fact, this was the only restaurant where I had to throw the food after one bite. Ordered the "Spicy Korean beef noodle" from their menu. The word 'spicy' was a total joke, but the biggest problem was that they made it so sweet that it was . I went to so many Korean restaurants before that, but never had a "spicy" dish made that sweet!! May be they should change the name of the dish. After the first bite I actually thought they made some mix up with the order, so asked if they could fix it somehow or change the order, but to my surprise I found out that they not only lack culinary expertise, but also seriously lacks courtesy or manner!Anyway, if you are thinking that you are trying something exotic here, then I suggest you go to an authentic Asian restaurant and learn how you are being tricked here.

Have eaten here a few times and was food was good. However, I ordered delivery last night and order was so inaccurate. Ali ordered a chicken Caesar salad with additional tofu, and 2 sides of tofu. What I got was a container of lettuce with no tofu or chicken, and one side of tofu. And, I absolutely have no idea what the salad dressing was. It appeared to be Caesar dressing but was extremely bitter and sour. I will never order from Noodles and Company again nor would I recommend it.

I just stopped by this location to grab some lunch around noon, and the guy standing at the register told me the registers were closed - they only accepted orders online or through their app. They had bad service for AT&T inside their store. I left disappointed without any food.

Usually the curbside pick ups take no more than a few minutes to come out. The food is never cold and stays hot even until I get home. The people who bring it out to the car, even if they’re busy, are always extremely friendly.

Wow! We stopped in to grab lunch to go. Super busy. Line manager was organized & managing his team. We had a wait & I had a sick child. Long story short - the manager ran our food out to us so we could wait in the car. It was hot, fresh & delicious. I know there aren't some complimentary reviews on here but we had a great experience & are thankful to the kind & attentive staff.

The service here was great. Good location. Food was still super hot when I made it home. Love the pot stickers.

I recommend NOT patronizing Noodles & Company, esp the one at 135th & Metcalf unless you want F* bombs yelled at you. I called the ph# listed on their web site to place an order for curbside pickup. I paid for the order over the phone. My daughter was waiting in her car in the parking lot for the food. My call disconnected before I could tell the order taker it was to be curbside delivery. When I called back, I got connected to the store manager who said he didn't have an order for us. He said I must have talked to their call center. I told him I paid for the order and my that my daughter was already waiting in the parking lot - please make our order and take it out to her. The mgr says he has no order; the store is closed (it was not 10 pm yet); and he's not going to make my F*ing food. He ended up dropping more F* bombs on me and hung up when I asked him for his name. NOT a way to keep customers!?
