We have been eating here for years and it was always great. The food is great for the price and it was a pleasant experience. That is until a few trips ago. The service is terrible now. The staff stands around while people are waiting on food and to even place their orders. We tried it four times with the same result having poor service. Don't know what has happened but we are done. I will drive a little farther for food.

Food is always great. Cream Cheese Chicken Enchiladas ????? As long as I've lived in the area I have never come inside this location to sit and eat. And probably won't again. Lots of chatter at the hostess table among the workers and lack of attention to customers. I had to get up and ask for my own chips/salsa. Had to get up to request a to go box. My change is $4.20. But they gave me $4. ? I guess I'll add a dollar to the twenty cents because hey...I did mostly everything myself.
Food was good and drinks were ever better i couldnt get a virgin margarita(underage) but got suprised with this strawberry daiquiri

The food was fabulous! It wasn’t the same old flavors as other restaurants. They had some different dishes with excellent taste!
I have shared my review on this place one time stating that the manager was quick to correct my mistake on my food. The mistake happens every single time. I ordered a shrimp chimichanga with cheese on the top only. Every single time it's wrong. Never do I get my money reimbursed. They just remake it. Well last night I went in there and manager didn't know I was in there with the Spanish-speaking person and he told his employee this woman comes in and complains every single time. I was fuming. Then when we got home her order didn't even have the salad dressing in it that she ordered. He's complaining about me complaining. The simple reason I say anything is because his kitchen is not following very simple rules. And quite frankly he is very unkind
Horrible experience at this specific location on Metcalf. We usually go to the one on a 119th street and have always been treated great and have wonderful service there! We came to this one because it was closer for tonight. Will not be back. The hostess was very friendly, but the waitress apparently didn't understand us very well and didn't let us know that she didn't understand us. The food took a very long time to come out and when it did it wasn't very hot and several items were incorrect. We were overcharged for items and spoke to the manager. He wasn't very friendly but finally credited us back for some of the overcharged items. The waitress was sweet but she should have clarified things that she didn't understand. We had to wait forever for refills. I finally went and asked the manager if we could get refills on our drinks. Just overall took way too long and a lot of miscommunication and not treated very friendly by the manager. I would recommend going to one of the other ones and not this one!
I was driving for DoorDash tonight. I got notification of an order - to be ready at 7:50pm - and headed there. I arrived around 7:45pm to be told “We are a little behind on DoorDash orders, it will be about 10-15 minutes.” Cool, that’s fine, I work in a busy restaurant that often falls behind + has long waiting times, I understand.However, it became apparent that what was said was not true.I waited until about 9:05pm - obviously significantly later than I was told - and about 20 minutes after the restaurant staff marked the order as ready for me to pick up. Staff asked me what order I was picking up probably 5-7 times before it eventually was brought out to me. The order was brought out to me, without the drink, had to ask for it.I was not the only Dasher - or customer - waiting tonight, several others came and waited for a long time. A lady was sitting next to me near the front counter, she waited about 35-40 minutes for a bean-and-cheese burrito of all things, seems like the easiest thing to make.I find it annoying as I wasted over an hour waiting for this order when I could have been picking up and dropping off orders at other places. The person who was DoorDashing the order actually apologized to me because I waited so long in the restaurant.This was my first time ever coming to this restaurant, and I would not recommend it.
