Use the deal on the machine. After making the payment, the receipt and order number didn’t come out. I checked the bank app, and it already charged my credit card. I asked the staff about the information about my order and they just said they cannot find your order. Very rude and bad attitude. They even claimed that I didn’t pay for the meal.
The drive thru guy taking orders was so distracted by my voice at 1:15am this evening, that he couldn't understand what "ketchup" was, then I yelled the word as loud as I could, and you know what, they still didn't put it in my bag. Context, guys... oh I hope the ketchup wasn't bad, that she gave me when I asked at the second window. How could McDonalds ketchup go bad?I really don't want to talk more than necessary at 1:15am.I should have said "red mustard please".
First time eating at this McDonald's. Let me tell you something, I had the double fish combo it was the best fish sandwich I have ever eaten at McDonald's. The fish was flaky, and did not taste or smelled fishy at all. Loved it!
It's a McDonald's. I've only done drive-thru here, but they were fast, my order was correct, and the food was exactly what you expect from McDonald's. I'd offer more, but there's not much to be said.
Trash all around. I somewhat enjoy McDonald's (mostly for convenience) but this McDonald's' employees were garbage and rude as all get out. Terrible service terrible people skills. Just an all around not good time
Zero issues in the past 2 years at this location, albeit mostly at night. That being said, the nighttime cashier is doing a stellar job, always puts a smile on my face. The rest of the crew, while not as loud ;) ... are doing a great job as well. Like i said, zero mistakes and prompt service.

My expecting wife and I went to pick up our sons app order #1607 inside, but the doors were locked...like in the movie Lean on Me.2. After shaking the doors like a looter, I got in the drive thru line...9 cars deep.3. I'm not sure how to explain the experience after finally making it to the order station...all I heard was "no people"..."pull forward".4. 22 minutes after #1 above, we made it to the pick up window, where I asked the manager, Rena..what in the world is happening?!!....I was sad for Rena and her other 2 employees running the whole operation.5. I didn't care about the food...at all, I just keep wondering how there is no plan for disasters like this.
Fried were not crispy as their national ads say. I want the burger to be better than they are. I try one every so often to just be disappointed again.
I ordered 1 thing thru the drive thru, when I was handed my order and told them it was wrong, they just said “nope, that’s what you ordered”. Too tired to argue the point I just took it and went home ??♀️
I went to this McDonald’s this morning, I was short on time as I was trying to get to Overland Park regional hospital to see my dad. I had to write a review to say this is the quickest I’ve ever gone through a drive-through with 10 cars in front of me the line went quickly and my diet Dr Pepper tasted great as well as a nice breakfast burrito!!!
