THE WORST LOCATION EVER. If you choose to go inside and retrieve your online order, be prepared to be IGNORED BY ALL STAFF and watch little kids run back and forth from lobby to food prep area freely. Rude staff once acknowledged. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ORDER LATE LUNCH/EARLY DINNER AFTER 4PM. You will miss a good portion of your order and god forbid you have to ask about missing items and they roll their eyes towards you as if you are interrupting them conversing amongst themselves. You chose to do the job; FULFILL IT to the fullest. 25 min to prepare 5 items is ridiculously absurd.

Horrible experience. The drive through woman was taking a phone call and refused to take our order. She also smelled like pot. We visited at 11:40pm on 6/29/22.

I like the breakfast so I go often but I've had multiple problems at this location. First if you use the app plan to wait because they act like it's a problem and let other customers from the other lane go first and then second they like to short you on your orders. Example I ordered a sausage biscuit and all I got was the biscuit. Do better guys.

Did not receive two of the three sauces that we asked for. One of the drinks was incorrect as well. The young lady working the window was friendly and the rest of the order was correct.

AWFUL experience. Young gal at the front was very unpleasant, rude, had a major attitude, her Customer service skills just don’t exist. Wish I hadn’t bothered to stop in

I ordered a #2 which the person ordering couldn’t hear and read back a #1 two times, I said coke, changed it to a mocha frappe. Get the order the fries were hard, it was a coke -so she obviously didn’t hear my order. Which I told the young man at the window, that was fine. And drove off. It ended up being a Diet Coke. That was the final straw. I walked in. Tried to put myself in their shoes. I see the manager (Mandy) directing her crew, walking in a circular motion as she is communicating with her crew directly. She was doing a fantastic job. And I also heard her doing drive thru orders in her headset. This tells me you are short handed. I also see a young gentleman (Malik) operating the drive thru station with a smile , great manners constantly saying yes sir/ma’am and doing double duty running the Fry machine. You could tell he was going above and beyond for her. Especially in this day and age of (well it’s not my job). This is a testament of his work ethic, and how Mandy treats her employees -respect!! My order was disappointing, but it wasn’t their fault. Maybe it’s a faulty headset because my order and another person came inside and said the same thing. But these 2 employees going above and beyond is why I’m giving you a 5 star. They represented your company extremely professional due to all the hurdles in their way. Especially it being noon. Maybe see what help as a company how to get better equipment. Because these 2 employees were doing a fantastic job is why forgot about the order being wrong

No one answered at the drive-thru in the 5-10 mins I was there and the dining was closed at 8:00 even though the door says they don't close the dining till 11:00. Not sure how I'm supposed to get food if I can't order inside and can't order through the drive thru

I really love this McDonald’s!!! I never say this about any McDonald’s lol but this one here Omgggggg. Every time I order late night my food on Uber eats it’s always hot and fresh!!! Thank you for making sure my food is hot and everything is in the bag!!! ?❤️?

This location needs to be shut down. There’s always something wrong when I come to this McDonald’s. You sit in the drive through and no one answers. You get the food and the fries taste like they’ve been sitting for hours, and they never get my order right! They’re supposed to close on Mondays at 12:00, but I got there around 10:45 yesterday and no one even answered. After driving around the building, I could see them just standing around, talking and not doing their job. They all act like they don’t want to be at work, and if that’s the case, please hire new associates. I don’t know who management is, but this location clearly shows that the management must be poor.

Ordered a Double Fillet-O-Fish and a 10 piece chicken nugget. They tried to hand me a Mc Chicken. They corrected that.. Only when I got to my destination did I notice that it was a regular Fillet-O-Fish. I tried to call and no one picked up. Not the first time they screwed up my order. Quite possibly the last.
