As expected the drive thru was very busy during the noon hour so we went and ran an errand and returned. Once back the lunch was over and just 1 car ahead of us. Our order was correct and the food was hot.
They totally messed our order up. The guy at the window was rude, we said something to the guy that we didnt order the flurry, and the guy, just looked at us like. Well deal with it. we even repeated our order twice! We were in a rush to get to a family thing in Missouri, otherwise I would've took the Whole order back !
This is one of the worst experience I have had with McDonalds. We visited on July 2, 2022 late afternoon and ordered through the drive thru a Fish Sandwich. Besides to personal rudeness of the female cashier but once we got our ordered and bite into it - I literally spit it out and almost vomited. The fish was ice cold and hard, meaning - not edible. It was sitting for god know how long and insult to injury the employee knew he was giving my bad food with the expression he had on his face. I will not visit this location and I hope you will address this to your employees about safe food handling. Something the health department should look into.
I was happy to find this location was not using the new automated order system and I actually spoke with a real human. Only giving less than 5* because they messed up our drinks. We ordered sweet tea and got unsweetened tea instead and had to go through again to get it corrected. Food was fresh and hot, service was friendly.
this place doesn't have a single good review. i'm confused as to how it manages to have more than 2 stars. THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE NOT WORTH YOUR TIME! got a 20 piece nugget at 7pm and the nuggets were cold and seemed like they've been sitting since noon.
If nothing else is noteworthy abt this location, then at least the customer service on the afternoon shifts has got to be world class. I don’t even shop at McDonalds all that often, but every time I come here, Celeste always does a good job. She always has a great smile and is always instilling positivity. Wish there were more like her in that area of the workforce in Overland Park.
I know it's McDonald's but the guy that took our order acted like this was the last place he wanted to be. As far as the food, it was decent. The other thing I didn't care for was when I asked for ketchup, the manager said it would be $100. Guess the employees are only as good as the leader.
McDonald’s website tells me this store should be open until 2am. I come to the drive through at 1:20 and nobody is at the register or is even there to talk to. False advertisement
When going through drive thru, take your time, check your order. Been there 2 times and they do not put condiments that trypaically come with food. Like hot cakes, they do not put butter, syrup or utensils. I'm not the only one. I see most people in line, in front of me park and walk inside by the time I get through line.
The guy has asked for the order, I ordered happy meal and he charged my card but didn't put the fries in my order as I have been there only for fries, I left the place and drew on my way after that I came to know theres no fries on my order, I called them and talked on the number mentioned on google and they said u got to come over here and talk in person, I already left the place and I didn't have enough time to go back again as I was running late, and after that i called them 4 times but he didn't answer the phone, he literally blocked my number, all i want to say is just double chek your order before you leave the place.
