We finally got a night with nothing else going on and early enough to make it to Longhorn for dinner!The service and food were completely amazing as expected!Megan was truly one of the best servers we have had in a long time! From the time we walked in to the time we left, we were treated wonderfully!As stated, the food was great and the facility is extremely well maintained!
Great service, excellent food. Everything was hot, fresh, tasted great. The steak was exceptionally tender and cooked to perfection. Baked potato was fluffy and had perfect amounts of cheese, butter, salt, and sour cream. (I asked for no chives.) I made specific requests on my salad as well, and it came exactly as ordered. The service was fast, server was absolutely on point. Seated without a wait. Everything was clean.Would definitely recommend for a date night or a family dinner.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD AT A RESTURANT. Upon arrival we where seated and it took at least 10 min for our waitress to greet us and take our drink orders. Upon finally getting our drinks and bread we where informed by the waitress that they where our of silver ware. We sat there and scooped the butter out with bread. after sitting there for another 15 min with no sign of the waitress we flagged down a manager and informed him we where ready to place our orders and we needed silver ware. That manager disappeared and was not seen again all night. Our waitress finally came over to take our food order. Someone else had brought us our salads and we then asked him for silver ware. After our food sitting in front of us for a few minutes I finally walked up to the front of the restaurant and got silver ware myself. In the sense of time I'm going to wrap this up. Food was great so props to the kitchen staff. Unfortunately the service forever ruined Longhorn for me and for that I will not be returning.
I got to longhorn as often as I can because I love the food. I frequent longhorn at the legends but today I went to Longhorn on Metcalf. Me and my companion ordered our steaks medium well they both came out under done and we sent them back. By the time we got our steaks back we had the rest of our food so we got steak to go home with. Besides that service was good food was good but the cook wasn’t managed properly.
My wife and I recently tried this newly opened restaurant. We throughly enjoyed the rib eye and strip steaks we ordered. The wait staff was both pleasant and efficient. We will be visiting this restaurant again.
Man has this place cheaped out. Steaks still good, but not only have they raised prices but you no longer get salad with your steak unless you pay extra ;) And the booze is basically flavored water now. Congrats on saving money longhorn, but you are losing customers because of it.Guess we will just go to roadhouse from now on..
Yum!!! Took my 8 year old on a date for Valentine's day!! He told the waitress he didn't know WHAT he wanted, but HOW he wanted to eat it. She conveyed that to the chef, and my son said it was the best steak he's ever had!! Spicy chicken bites appetizer was amazing!! Not really spicy, more warm than anything!
the food here is exquisite... and the service is excellent, very very friendly waiters... I love it, I feel very comfortable... seeing my family enjoy good food in a pleasant atmosphere
The service was so amazing. Seems like it’s been hard to find service like this these days.
The prime rib was great, a little too rare, service was good.However, I want safety to avoid being one of the 800,000 deaths from the pandemic so far. It is unlikely I will be visiting again, unless a different time for no crowding.No one wore a mask, no social distancing, no safety dividers and crowded.
