The young lady at cash register this afternoon was awesome, super friendly and she was very informative, got me interested in signing up for rewards. Great service. I came by to picked up some cream filled donuts and found the got those minis donuts now, so i had to pick up some.
We went here on National Donut Day and naturally expected it to be VERY busy. The only reason I’m not giving 5* is because they had the doors locked and were only serving customers in the drive thru. I don’t know if this was an attempt to control the crowds or if they were short staffed, but the DT line was so long it became a hazard in the parking lot. However - the crew they had deserves mad credit because they kept the line moving very quickly, they were friendly, patient, and gave excellent service despite being overwhelmingly busy! Great job guys!!

This morning I went there to get fresh original glazed dozen donut, what I got was cold donuts tastes weird. I called them and asked them it’s cold and not fresh , the guy said we made those donuts yesterday. I told them I spent $12 dollars to get fresh and warm donut not cold old donuts and I hung up. This location is ridiculous.
I just left the 103rd Metcalf location in OverlandPark Kansas I advised the guy I wanted six doughnuts the honey pull apart the honey cake and honey bee I was informed they had no honey bee ok then I’ll take two strawberry iced he rudely said you need two more I said that’s all I want he said I told you you couldn’t get those in a half a dozen I didn’t understand why I couldn’t buy whatever six doughnuts I wanted but his rude behavior just made me drive away not spending a dime nor will I ever his attitude was horrible and displayed bad customer service if I’m spending my money what difference does it make what I order maybe he needs to rethink if the job is for him I won’t ever be back
A pioneer of donuts creating pathetic donuts like this is just sad. You possess no creativity. The cinnamon toast cereal donuts literally has no taste. Just sugar with sugar on top of sugar. Just....stick with what you're good at . Plain glazed donuts.
They shut down the lobby for some bizarre reason on a busy Saturday morning. Then only had a slow one lane drive through open. Took 15 minutes to get the order and then there were quality issues. They used to be well-managed with excellent donuts but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore recently. What a bummer.
I ordered Donuts for St Patricks Day from the Store on Metcalf Ave in Overland Park, KS 1 week prior to the Holiday. When the order did not arrive on time, I looked up the stores phone number and ended up placing a second order for the Green donuts. Minutes later I would receive a confirmation for both of my orders to be arriving in an hour. Only the 2nd order with the green donuts arrived, so I tried to call the store and ended up with Customer Service, who told me he would put the order back in. Another hour later I received a call from the store that my order was cancelled as they ran out of the donuts for St Patricks Day. I told them that I placed my order 1 week prior and literally got a rude answer, that that was not their problem and that there was nothing they could do and I would need to get with Doordash if my order was missing (as I mentioned my happening). Then they hang up. After about 5 attempts to call the store I reached another team member acting with the same rudeness and when I asked for the store manager, they said I needed to call in the morning and hang up. I placed my complaint with customer service and have yet not heard back from Krispy Kreme or the store as I asked one week later. The second order of green donuts turned out to be undercooked and was half raw. Again I placed a complaint asking to be called by the store. So my first Krispy Kreme experience ended with a lost order, a rude store and a undercooked order! I still ask to be contacted by Krispy Kreme!
Donuts were so good. Drive thru was closed. We had a coupon. We live in Missouri and drove here.So so so yummy.
First time I had been to Krispy Kreme in years. I won't return. As I pulled up I heard the question of what I wanted to order. However my window was still rolled up. I started reading the list of available items since the full menu wasn't available. I was asked what I wanted to order again. So I started speaking, only to be cutoff mid word. Do you want 3,6,or 12 pack?I was going to order 4 but apparently that wasn't an option. So I ordered 3 paid and left.Kind of wish I would have just left without ordering.
