Absolutely ridiculous. I came to the store around 9:20, and the worker took my order. I waited 7-8 minutes behind two cars. When I arrived to the window it was 9:32, the worker proceeded to tell me he was sorry and “they are out of food” and when I asked what he meant he said they closed the kitchen and he didn’t know. They are supposed to close at 10:00 by the wayUpdate: I went across the road to get food from another restaurant and when I looked over I watched the same guy who told me he had no food take an order of someone else and hand them the food. I got that on video so I will be calling the general manager and bringing that to his attention.
Please don’t eat at this establishment. Me and my family got a bucket. We all had different cuts my husband had the breast. My husband was violently ill. He got food poisoning that happens when food is left under a warmer too long. I was a hair from taking him to the emergency room I honestly thought he may die. No embellishments here at all. Please avoid.
Thursday and worker by the name of Anthony wallace mid 20s male took a photo of a customer's debit card information and proceed to steal 3000 dollars out of her account to which he cash app himself almost 2000 dollars. Yes thats theft wire fraud and few other federal felonies. Information is needed to locate this individual and a woman named Jerrika whos name is on the register receipt. KFC refuses to help in thr investigation which makes them and the owner of the franchise a co-conspirator. Be careful there are thieves and crooks out there that will steal from you but this will not go unpunished.
Waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes and I guess nobody was home. No one ever took my order or answered me, and this was an hour before closing, not right at the last minute. Ridiculous.
I was nice asking about the sides and the meal as the person was rude when I started to order, no welcome or friendly voice was annoyed and obviously hate his job . It won’t hurt to be nice to someone who is nice to you too simply it could be better

Every time I come to this location, I sit in line for at least 20 mins or more. I’m probably gonna stop coming because of how long I waste my time
Convaelo Graciela, was the BEST cashier I've had in a long time. He had a huge line to contend with but took his time and was knowledgeable about the menu, not to mention hilarious!!!!!! Thank you for making me feel like you actually appreciated my business. Someone PLEASE promote this man! :)
Drive thru is quick and the food is always good.
Great service no doubt.... Clean modern storeOnly reason for the 3 stars.. Is something made my stomach hurt.
