The service here is fantastic!! Always ask for James!! He’s the VERY best!! The food is delicious and they’ve got some of the best chips and salsa!!
Food was good, as well as service. But someone needs to clean the restaurant badly. Stains on the booths, chips in the seat they sat us at. Trash on the floor. Not just the one booth they set us at, multiple empty ones a mess.
Disorganized staff which was not helped by lack of staff. If you want quick service from this eatery, place a to go order. It will be higher priority than sit down customers.
Dawn was very friendly and welcoming. My server, Nessie, was amazing! She made sure I had everything that I needed. Exceptional service. Zoe was also very nice and helpful. You have 3 assets to the company.
Great food. We were not helped by the server in our section so we reached out to another server Zoe who happily took care of us. She went out of her way to be nice, attentive, and taken care of. Phenomenal service, keep her around!!
I've never been to one before, we went the other night and I will definitely be back. I'm not a huge fan of Mexican food normally, but the queso that I got and the cheesy steak enchiladas were some of the best Mexican food that I've had. The margaritas were great too, they definitely don't skimp on the tequila haha! Our server was great as well, definitely a positive experience all the way around! I will be back, and am looking forward to it!
The food at Jose Peppers is always great, but the last time we ordered carry out, it was missing several entrees.
Kyle is the man and takes care of you like you are the Queen of England. He's been there for years and always remembers your order. However, the whiney high school kids working there occasionally ruin the vibe.
Went for lunch during the week. Great food and atmosphere. Service was really good. Had the chicken & avocado enchilada lunch special.
Well we will have to say that the location we went to in Overland Park was so much better than the one in Belton. The service was above what we expected after our bad experience we had in Belton. The food was cooked properly and was very tasty and delicious. No complaints on the food at all! Our server never let our chips and salsa go empty, our drinks were never without something in them. By far it was a better experience and we will make the drive further to go to the Overland Park restaurant.
