Their sandwiches and onion rings are superb, and their outside seating is very good. However, while their signature pizza is ginormous, flavorwise it's nothing to write home about. One good thing is at least they don't put that nasty provel on it.
This tavern is a 5 star establishment! The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful. They have a clean resturaint. Great for parties, work gatherings, or just a place to hang out. I eat here at least once a month sometimes twice a month depending on my stay. The food is excellent from the pizza to the burgers. The appatizers are amazing too along with the tacos!They have daily specials as well! I could go on for days about thos location, but you should jist go check it out for yourself. Also one of the owners is a Veteran of The United States Marine Corps. SEMPER FI Brother.
The food was hot and they get it to you quickly. They were patient with us, we were four parties from three states. We watched the game and had a great time.
The wife and I have gone to a few johnnys. This is the 3rd time we’ve been to this location (shawnee one is the best). The service was pretty good. The food, average, which I thought was strange cause every other time we have been to Johnny’s, the food has always been enjoyable. Maybe the cook had a rough day, who knows. We will still give johnnys business in the future, just not this one.
This place is as consistent as they come. Solid service, great menu and clean. In my opinion its top 3 of the JTs locations.
We've been to Johnny's more times than I can count. We particularly enjoy the lees summit location but we were on this side of town so we stopped in.Our waitress was, grouchy, for lack of a better word. Our burgers were significantly undercooked and raw. Johnny's definitely came up short for us.
Had apps and drinks with co-workers and good service and good drinks and food. No complaints here.
The place was quite full with large groups of parties. We were there with 11 people. Service was great, the gal was constantly available between two groups. The food was good. The teriyaki shrimp and pizzas were delicious. The drink list was plentiful. I definitely will come back to try more from the menu.
The wings are excellent but they go over the edge with a bucket of their jalapeño cilantro ranch. This stuff is like crack. Their pizza is amazing, but it is even better with a few buckets of their jalapeño cilantro ranch. Ah, it's been too long and I need my fix!! Do you have any jalapeño cilantro ranch?!?!
Used to be my favorite place. They got rid of Single Sliced Pizza, making you order a entire pizza now. Got rid of Truffle oil fries & got rid of Pepper Jack Bites.
