The whole fact that the guy preparing my sandwich had a beard with a rubber band around it, uncovered discusted me! I will not be returning to the Overland Park location! I passed on the sandwich!
Very quick service with quality product. I really appreciate the high quality customer service I received from Nick and Zack. They took the time to help me with all my questions and everything I needed. They both deserve recognition and raises.
This location consistently takes over an hour per order (work 2 miles away). I get that it's tough these days with staffing, but then again the two locations near my home in another part of the metro (which are corporate owned) are always, you know, Freaky Fast, even in These Times. I wonder if the franchisee is in over their head? I hope their overworked staff are getting properly compensated.
I am a weekly Customer I’ve been coming here every week for the last few years. One time I didn’t have enough cash to cover the total and Nick the GM comped the rest of my order. And I paid him back the following week. Delivery is sometimes a lil slow but it’s a par for the corse for a store that does commercial and catering business. They very attentive employees, and always the best customer service at this location. Viva the Beach Club
My decking contractor got food poisoning here. Cost him a bunch of pain and put my project back a few weeks due to his schedule. He called this store and they did nothing to help him.
I just placed a complaint on the JimmyJohns.com website because, as others have already stated, it took over an hour to receive my order. My office is literally cross the street, but (this time) the issue wasn't the delivery time according to the Order Tracker. It look the store nearly an hour just to make the sandwich.I wish I could say this was rare, but it routinely takes about an hour to get my order from this location.After reading other reviews, I see it isn't worth my time calling the location, so hopefully corporate will see both my Google review and the complaint on their website and figure out where the problem is. Otherwise this will likely be the last time I order from this store.
This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from the College Ave location in OP for delivery and waited over an hour… Not sure why I keep giving them chances. Still waiting for my freaky-slow sandwich. Ugh.
I have waited over an hour three separate times. Unfortunately, I ordered food for someone's lunch break and they were unable to eat every time due to the ridiculous wait times. This last time I ordered almost a full hour in advance to have room for error and it was still so late we were unable to eat lunch together. Definitely do not order from this location if you have any kind of time restraints... it's kind of an order and show up when it wants to. Not to mention I have had the food show up looking like it was made hours prior. This is the last time I will order from this location and probably JJ as a whole.Good luck!
Waited over an hour for my food, nothing has arrived. Freaky fast delivery is not a thing with this location. You'd be better off ordering elsewhere.
