They get orders right, but they're anything but "freaky fast"
I ordered at 8pm for a delivery at 8:30, it is 9:10pm and the store is closed. On the tracker it says my food was delivered, and I never received it. I never got a phone call either to let me know that my order was delayed or canceled. I even called the store and there was no answer. It’s not ok to just deliver out the order without giving the person their food. Where is my order?
I love their sandwiches!!! I always get the #9. Get the 8" for a perfect lunch plus a pickle.The service was fast and friendly, even with a lot of orders and people. The pickle this time seemed a bit stale so have them double check if you like your pickles crunchy and fresh.This is my go-to sandwich shop if I need something filling and fast! So many options! Plus they have kids size or you can go with non-bread if you skipping carbs that day!Check them out.

My husband and I stopped in to place a catering order for our daughters birthday. There were 3 employee's on shift, all were super friendly and helpful. We also ordered sandwiches to eat there and they were made very prompt and neat. It was a nice experience.

Sorry. I've always loved Jimmy John's but Goodcents doesn't take 2 hours to deliver a sandwich and chips like this JJ locations. After ordering online with one shop as delivery store.. Im instructed to call 2 more to check on my order. Finally got correct delivery store and they have went above and beyond. Delivery Driver was amazing.
They make good sandwiches but I recommend doing pick up. Delivery took over an hour and the driver was kind of rude.
