Love Jimmy John’s. Hate this location. Placed my curbside order around 30 minutes ago. Watched multiple people arrive after I had clicked “I’m here” and leave with their food for over 20 minutes. Am now waiting in line watching a bunch of other people get their orders before me. I understand being busy but serve in the order things were received at least.

Wife and kids visited this location yesterday. Upon arrival my 13 year old son walked in with a $100 bill. Before he was greeted they informed him they could not "break it". My son walked out to my wife and told her what was going on, mind you she was lagging behind him to also order the rest of the sandwiches (8 sandwiches, drinks and chips easily $80+) . My wife kindly asked "so if I order 8 sandwiches, what would the total be?" They said ("oh probably $70-$80"). They did not have $20 worth of change in their drawer after lunch on a Monday. At this point she was told they can refuse to serve any one they choose too. Business 101 would indicate that refusing service to some one who is willing to spend money, would not be a wise decision. The manager (as told to them by the next JJ location) followed my wife out of the store calling her an "entitled white b*tch". At this point extreme profanity was used. A representative of that location called this morning to again remind us that they have the right to refuse service. Good for them. I hope they choose to refuse service to the point of closing this location. My family went to another location and were served with good customer service and the JJ experience we expected. I would not recommend this location. Drive to another, they don't care if you give them money for a service, they are content losing money and customers. Zero stars!

my kids love the sandwiches here and always want them delivered. Today was the 3rd time they have called me after I ordered delivery on the app. They don’t have a delivery driver so you either pay delivery and pick it up or can cancel your order. I was not given a refund for delivery or my orders I cancelled previously. They can’t control the app at the store so it always gives you the option for delivery even if they can’t. I’ve emailed corporate and they say they contact the owner. He never contacted me, but I received a $10 gift card in the mail with no information. I feel terrible for the employees and they probably can’t find help since the owner doesn’t take care of his business and customer care. They are probably always getting complaints and literally can’t do anything about it.Update- I left the review on the site they asked me to… never heard from owner! I don’t know why the franchise doesn’t do something about this owner.

Had ordered a sandwich for lunch and was told they couldn’t complete the delivery due to lack of drivers. No problem. I thought I would walk in and order after work to save them the hassle of driving two blocks. When I walked in to order, I was “greeted” with a stare that pierced the innermost part of my soul. No words, just some eye contact that made me feel like it was an inconvenience to be in the store. After hesitation, I placed my order (Turkey Tom) and was immediately told “we don’t have that.” I responded indicating it wasn’t an issue and ordered another sandwich with ham. They also didn’t have that. This unfortunate trip actually worked out best for me because Goodcents is right down the street and was able to execute my order with no issues and a huge smile.TL;DR - No drivers, no turkey/ham, and apparently no care for their customers at this location.

I waited 15 mins for a sandwich that was wrong.Jimmy John’s was my first job in high school I love jimmy John’s however,The team you have isn’t trained well, I saw lots of mistakes and bad attitudes on the line but I don’t blame them. I blame the owner and regional staff ( if this location is a franchise)It’s understaffed - so the ownership set them up for failure from the start. Where are you? Why can’t you help a location you have help wanted signs everywhere on? What were you doing at lunch rush on Monday afternoon? Maybe 3 ppl could work if they all had the experience they clearly don’t.You can chalk this up to it’s hard to hire or you can realize your overworking and under training the little staff you have and now you’re stuck in an understaffed revolving door.Big believer in if you can’t deliver the service the franchise promises you should close your doors until you can. Get it right or don’t do it at all.P.s. I have ulcerative colitis and lupus when you mess up my order I can’t eat it. You can get someone hurt not taking this job seriously. Really disappointed…

Against my better judgement after reading previous reviews, I placed an online order for this location. I arrived about 15 minutes after placing my 'As soon as possible' order, only to enter the store and hearing, "Your order won't be ready for 30-40 minutes". I mentioned that I had placed an online order, whereupon she looked at the long line of tickets over the sandwich station and shrugged. My sandwich was NOT on the shelf for pick up so I figured it must be somewhere in that sea of white. After watching many people enter, listen to the same line, and leave, my order showed up about 35 minutes after I had placed it online.NOW, the people working there were working their tails off -- don't get me wrong. No complaints there...and my sandwich was pretty much what I've come to expect from JJ's.My complaint is that it would be nice, if similar to the system at Jersey Mike's, if they could give me an idea how long my order will take when I place it online. If I had known it was going to take 35 minutes, I could decide whether to order from Subway across the street which usually takes just a few minutes, OR, wait a little longer to leave my office to show up to pick up my order.I realize that these are weird times in the restaurant industry, so how about JJ's if you get with the times and give us idea how long my order is going to take if I choose to continue to order from you.(For the time being, I'm going to continue to take my business across the street to Subway or Goodscents)

Just like EVERY other review on this location......since the new ownership a few years ago, this location has gone downhill so badly.Every. Single. Order. Is. Missing. Something.Every single review gets the same "We're sorry for your experience" blah blah blah. 135th & Metcalf is such a busy area and it's just sandwiches JJ's. How can you screw up so bad on sandwiches?!?!?!Poor delivery driver did his best but when there's no management acknowledging these mistakes and doing anything to remedy the problems, why should he care? This location is a joke. Get a better restaurant in it's space and not waste such good real estate.

Poor delivery service. Freaky slow and do not deliver to locations correctly at all. They leave good outside an office by the door rather than bring it inside and deliver to office or person.

I’ve been waiting for more than an hour for this damn sandwich. Literally the slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever ordered at. At this point just go to Subway.Edit: Sandwich is here, extremely underwhelming. Never ordering here again.
