This was my first time eating at Jersey Mike's. It was amazing, this team of employees run like a well oiled machine. They were extremely busy but these employees were so fast. I don't know his name but the guy cutting the meat and bread was fast and doing it with a smile on his face. I think more people need his work ethic. Can't wait to go back!
I ordered 2 sandwiches online and customized them. 1 was to have no jalapeño peppers and the sandwich is loaded with them. My order said it'd be ready in 15 minutes. We headed to the store getting there on time. My husband went in and after 20 mins of me sitting in the car he never came out. I went in and he said they were just making it. I saw soooo many people walk in and right back out with their orders. Finally 10 more mins later my husband came out. Waited 30 mins past pick up time for a online order. 4 people were working so no excuse. There was no we're sorry and no compensation. Never going there again and I'd advise you not to either.
Surprisingly good cheesesteaks! Came here because their competition (up at 151st and Metcalf) was running a special on cheesesteaks but didn’t have any beef. How do you run a special for something you can’t make?! Anyway, glad I found Mike’s. This is my new go-to shop.
Jersey mikes is such a wonderful place with young hard workers and wonderful staff, an excellent place to eat and hang out with friends and family, the workers are nice Conversationalist and always have a good sense of humor it really feels like home Plus the amazing food options, I’m now addicted to jersey Mikes and I have no regrets.

Went 10 minutes out of my way to go get dinner for my night shift. Sign on door said they closed at 6:30 tonight. It was 6:25 pm. Lights off and door locked. 5 employees watched me walk to the door and then turn around. I called the store. No one answered. I won’t be doing that again.
