Like the updated menu, but they are obviously understaffed and I miss having all the syrups on the table. They have all the breakfast basics, and they consider pancakes a side...which is a win in my book!
Went to this location with family to have dinner. The restaurant was very clean, but thats pretty much it. We sat down and got situated well enough. The waitress seemed friendly, but rather forgetful for the basic things like straws. We ordered 2 entrees, 2 kids meals, and 2 appetizers. After about 10 minutes our special needs son started having issues so we decided it best to leave. My husband took him to the car to wait for us while I waited to talk to the waitress... who disappeared into the back, and when she did appear getting her attention was quite the task. It took me being rather loud to finally get her to come over to me(11min). I explained how I needed the food put into togo boxes, she apologized for the wait and that the cooks are just being slow. Something that I figured out on my own seeing as how there were 3 tables in the whole restaurant and we were the only ones without food. 20 minutes after that I can finally leave after paying 50 bucks(still technically dine in so kids eat free applies lady) for mozzarella sticks that had no cheese in them, the wrong sandwich(ordered the bbq mac melt. Came with chicken strips instead of pulled pork), and fries that seemed like they were soaked in water. So 50 bucks and 40 minutes later I am disappointed and irritated. Also.... does anyone know how to answer a phone in that place? Seriously.
Showed up at 1209. The restaurant was maybe a quarter full, about 8 tables of guests. Hostess was busy gossiping with a server and didn't acknowledge us until she finished her conversation. Our party was 2 adults and 2 small kids. Had to ask for a booster chair and kid menus. Waited for 40 minutes before I got up and asked a waitress how much longer before we got served. Girl came over and asked what we wanted to drink and I let her know we were ready to order, to which she responded by looking at another girl saying "they're ready to order now!" Looked back at us and said "I guess I'll take your order". Took the order with the drinks and left. 20 minutes later still didn't have drinks, which were waters. Went to ask how much longer cuz it was pushing an hour and the kids were getting fussy. She went to check and brought us the food. 10 minutes later we still didn't have waters. Asked to speak to a manager, she never showed. Overall bad experience
Very nice staff, especially the manager, also nice selection, can't go wrong with eggs and pancakes!!
We had a party of nine but only had to wait a few minutes for a table. The staff was great. The food was delicious! Definitely would go again!
Breakfast was good although a bit overpriced. $40 for 3 people not including tip. $15 omlet is ridiculous. Although, the worst of the experience was our waitress. We had to ask for literally everything including syrupand straws for our meal. Didn't ask how our food was and literally had to ask for refills that were just placed on the end of our table. Gave a $2 tip it was that bad and that was being generous.
I tried calling to speak to a manager, I keep getting voicemail so I’m just going to settle for leaving a review. I ordered online today for a curbside pickup order. Online said it’d be out by 9:39 I clicked the “I’m here” button on the website at 9:30 when I arrived I waited in my car in the pickup spot till 10. No one brought my food out, I tried calling twice and got voicemail both times. My receipt says curbside as well as the time it was supposed to be brought out. I understand being busy but at every job I’ve worked at I would’ve gotten in massive trouble for never taking an order out. I would’ve gone in sooner if I received a call stating they were too busy to run an order out, or if they at least picked up one of my calls. It’s frustrating because I chose to do curbside pickup since I have a connective tissue disorder and today is extra hard for my joints
We had vegan and buttermilk pancakes here. Taste wise I'm not a big fan but the place is clean and well maintained.
