One of the worst Hooters ever. Is the regional or district manager completely asleep at the wheel? How do they not notice this place is terribly ran? Sad. Wish they would fix this place. Not willing to eat here again. The one in Topeka is WAY better.
Took 20 min to get drinks, food came out 1 hour later cold and burger raw inside, manager did not even come out had to ask for them to take off raw burger from my tab. Employees standing around talking about how much they hate their job. Horrible atmosphere!

I'm used to 'my' hooters down here in Springfield. Mine is well staffed and their cooks rock. This one in KC was poorly staffed. They screwed up my order - they comped my food which was good but their breading, or lack there of disappointed me because I'm spoiled with better cooks in Springfield. Not a stellar experience.
I got a chicken sandwich the first night and a burger the second. We had a waitress named Mariah who was phenomenal and she had extremely good work ethic. She should get a medal for all her hard work. Looks like she runs the entire place. They should hire more people so she can take a break. Had a a good experience!
I had a pretty good waitress but she wasn't very attentive the overall experience was not that great but it didn't have anything to do with her it was about your business you're not running it very well there wasn't enough people in there to serve us and I wasn't very happy about it
I would like to say before i start. This was my 1st time going to a Hooters restaurant or bar whatever you want to call it. My opinion that this place is for adults NOT children while waitresses walk around half naked little girls don't need to think this is ok and little boys don't need to see that. So if this going to be a family outing with children let's just say i wouldn't take my children there. If ? just go to have drinks, and a little something to eat this would be a great place to go. ( I mean no disrespect )
Got sum wings from uber eats from them one word disgusting the breading was so hard n extra thick. There was no need to bread that chicken in that much batter n to over fry it to where the batter is super hard and nasty they need ah completely new recipe easily sum of the worst wings i ever ate I ordered 10 and only could finish one.
Ordered from Doordash delivery and it was so bad. My salad was definitely not fresh. Was probably one of the worst restaurant salads I've ever had. The ranch dressing was definitely just from a bottle at the store. It was not good.My friend got the sliders and they were awful and he found hair in them. Later on he was sick to his stomach for hours. Maybe it was just the cook this day or a lack of ingredients, I'm not sure. But based on this experience I will never get food from this location again.
I came into Hooters on my lunch break and had Paige as my bartender. She was fantastic and got my order put in quick with me having limited time. Food came out fast and while I waited for my food Paige kept me entertained by talking with me and making sure I had everything I needed. Will definitely be coming back soon.
