Nobody is ever at the drive thru window and when they are there they take a long time to give you your food.

In need of new management!I order the super star w/cheese, but order it plain. Get the order… It still has cheese on it, I’ll take the blame on this one (coupon special), but my some wants it plain. They remake it… plain? Nope. Now it has sauce on it… it’s plain that hard to explain. I asked to speak to the manager… they’re the person I’m arguing with. Really?I ask to have it remade. Nope, but they’ll replace the bun. They only put in the order and aren’t responsible for how they make it. Really? I thought the manager would manage…. Never mind.I would definitely choose a different Hardee’s, like the one in Olathe. Much better service!

I walk in on this Wet , dreary day. And what's at the counter this young woman with a Beautiful smile, and a Howdy !! Just the medicine I needed Today. Then the 5 $. Meal Big cheese burger. Hits the spot just right in my appetite and wallet. Thank u, Seniorita. 5 ?
I ate breakfast here dine-in for the first time. Place was clean and presentable. Food was good. Overall, I would eat here again.
These type of things do not usually bother me. But today, the staff was rude and wandered off right before we wanted to place an order. Go into the dining room and they are playing a christian talkshow and it talked about topics you don't want to hear while eating, plus you dont want to be preached at while eating. The bathrooms looked like you'd catch a disease if you touched anything, hair on one of the seats, nasty stalls. would give zero stars.
