We were a few minutes late for our reservation but got seated pretty quickly. It was very busy and the manager Andrea (I believe that was her name) was running around like crazy trying to assist everyone. She was super friendly and helpful. Our server was efficient and made sure to tell us cooking times with every dish he brought out. Thanks for a great experience!
The place was bustling with people and the staff was all moving quickly. We had a big group and ordered the feast and food started coming out quickly. There was plenty of food and we had a good evening. Only downside was the ambient noise level was high.
Lots of the meat was fatty but our server did exchange some of it for us and we did not ask for it. Also they remade my drink after I spilled it and did not charge me. I guess I did not really like cooking my food. It stuck to the grill and often got burnt. Very few vegetables were given- maybe 4 zucchini slices, a few mushrooms at most. The food tasted ok, just would rather not cook it myself--not your fault! Everyone should try it.
Our server was training a new server, both of them are very helpful and accommodating. Always a good time when we eat at this location, will definitely be back when I am in the area.
We were in town for a baseball tournament and made a reservation while at the game based on the pictures and reviews. We were immediately sat and served at our reservation time. It was definitely the right choice, we ordered the Yakiniku Party for our group of 4 (plus a kids meal for the little one) and over the next 1.5 hours we ate great food and had excellent service.
1st time there and it was very enjoyable. My family and I drank, ate and had fun.
