Always great and everything is clean....been going here for over 20 years
Their customer service was terrible! I looked on the wall and it said that $5 off if you text Mr Goodcents today. I asked the young lady at the register who rung us out can she gave me the $5 discount and I showed her on my phone where I texted the number and they gave me confirmation back. She said she didn't know how take the 5 dollars off, so she asked the guy next to her, he came over to the register and said that he wasn't giving us $5 off today then he said he didn't care what was on the sign and he knows nothing about that.. even though he works there. The guy was being very passive-aggressive! I showed him my phone confirmation also and he didn't care about that either. I asked him was they manager there because they can take it off and the guy said that they have no manager at that location. He was a tall Caucasian guy with a long beard. I normally have a good experience at this location and the food is normally great. I won't be going back because the experience today was terrible and the staff was so rude especially the guy that wouldn't help us!
We tried you for the first time last year. We went inside your store on Sante Fe. The food was excellent and so was the service! This is our 2nd time ordering delivery since you were great the first time with delivery! Thanks Goodcents!!!
We called about a sandwich that wasn’t fully wrapped. The manager cut us off to make a condescending comment about two halves being the same amount as a whole. Thanks Captain Obvious. Anyway back to the reason why I called, which by the way isn’t about second grade math. He cut us off again to say that he didn’t care and hung up. That left us dealing with mustard on the outside of an incompletely wrapped sandwich. It paired well with the incomplete phone call.
By far the best Goodcents in the surrounding area. This location has daily specials. The service has always been good and the place always seems to be clean. I'll continue to come back!

I had to live without Goodcents for 13 years while living in Texas. My favorite sub sandwiches can not be replicated. Now I'm back in Overland Park Ks and I order quite frequently. Fast delivery and the best sandwiches ever

Visited the store today at 3 o’clock. I’ve come here several times but this was the worst experience ever. I will never go back. They should be reported to the health department. A gentleman who works there, he’s a little bit older & has a long braid literally was standing by the cut up vegetables and sneezed without covering, then proceeded to wipe his nose with the back of his hand twice then step to the register helped a customer and handled cash in that transaction then proceeded to walk over and handle bread with hands that not been washed. He then also handled A food container and poured soup. After that he continued to work around the food with a dirty cloth wiping down things touching a shirt. For a 15 minute period we observed him moving around doing things around the food. Never once did he wash his hands. Several other employees were also touching their shirts and touching their faces and never washing their hands before they did start to handle food. One employee came in, directly took a big bag of trash out then immediately came back into the food service area without washing her hands. She did put on gloves before she started to handle the food but she never did wash her hands. In the 15 to 20 minutes that we observed, only one employee washed his hands before starting to handle food. And he was one who just came in to work. He washed his hands put gloves on and then started to work with the food.
Frequent quite a bit for lunch, always great! Super quick delivery and easy ordering online. Delivery driver is awesome, so nice and always greets with smile! Great job!
