My daughter had been telling me about this place for years. We went together. The best thing is we had the entire restaurant to ourselves, basically. It was completely empty when we arrived.I had the ? and brisket ?. I tried the soft and crunchy. They were fair. They had way too much lettuce on them. I expected more for $3.49 per ?. I was not impressed. Many of the chairs and tables were sprinkled with food particles and various crumbs. The service was great. The young man who assisted us was personable, helpful, sociable, and very kind. The two ? are for his service!
This was my first visit to this restaurant. The confusion began at the front door, which had a hand written notice that call in orders were to go through the right hand door. Since I had not called in, I went through the other door, which took me backwards through the line. The place to order and the place to pick up are not clearly marked, so after wandering around in confusion for a few moments, I found my way to the ordering place, which had I taken the right hand door in the beginning would have lead me directly there. The menu is easy enough to understand, but I ordered enchiladas and received soft tacos. The taste of the food was good. The price was a fair price, but since most of the portion was rice, it was no great value. The staff was very friendly. Now that I know how the system works, I may return some day to try a different menu selection.
Food was horrible they wouldn’t give me my money back
This was the best part of my birthday and I will be going back. Fast response and great Carryout Service and amazing and cheap food.. definitely worth it!!
Overall the food was great. I tried the brisket quesadilla and it was good. I also tried ground beef nachos and they were also good. Claudia is a hard worker; making the best she can to clean the restaurant at the end of the day.
Pros:(1) Tasty taco filling (fried avocado, ground beef, spicy pork)(2) Good prices (drinks are $1 with previously purchased souvenir cup)(3) Large amount of seating(4) Salsa is strongly flavored (in a chipotle flavor sort of way)Cons:(1) Slow service (too few employees perhaps - there seemed to be 2 kitchen workers and 1 person for phone and orders and all else)(2) Food prep seemed iffy - we received the wrong plate of food (which we then took back to them and they exchanged for the correct plate of food).(2b) You can tell there wasn’t much love in the chips seasoning(3) The Latin-Fried potatoes are utterly devoid of that which you could call flavor. Alternatively, one of us says that they are devoid of the “Latin” bit, and just exist as pure ‘fried potatoes’(4) The soda machine was out of coke, so we had to mention this and due to the aforementioned staffing issues, it took about 10 mins to be resolved(5) The spicy pork was somewhat oddly textured (perhaps too much sinew and fat). So beware if you dislike odd meat texturesEdit: -1 star for the spamvertising owner comments on reviews. This isn’t the place for that
Terrible customer service. I’ve been messaging them for over a week about a refund for a canceled order.
From the moment when I got here, I got a friendly welcome. Everyone is super nice, Ivan helped me choose great options from the menu, the cook (Patricia) was super friendly too! Over all I got great service, and will come again!
I ordered the family taco kit. I ordered spicy pork and paid extra for brisket.. I got shredded chicken and ground beef, I also didn't receive any the toppings for my tacos, no cheeses, lettuce, or tomatoe.
Chicken fajitas taco was pretty good. Citrus heat mahi was less than avg. Prices are on the higher side. I remember fuzzys being great when I lived in OK in 2012 guess times have changed.
