This is the worst fast food experience you could ever have. You never know if this Freddie’s is closed because they close whenever they want, on top of that your order has a 50% chance of being incorrect. I’ve been there so many times cause it’s significantly closer to me VS the other store but I can’t take it anymore. Today was my final straw. If you are having a bad day STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!! They will make ur day worse for fun!! I didn’t want to write a bad review cause I never have but this is the worst!!!! I can’t blame the children that work there it’s all the managers fault. A great new location and a new store… what a waste. I’ll never go to this location again.

So so. To many young kids working there. They would rather horse around than work. Waited 10 minutes at drive thru waiting to place a very simple order. Tried many times to get the order taker attention but, ended up driving up to window to place my order. Kinda disappointed.

My niece lives in the area close to this Freddy's location. I have given this particular location several chances, but this last weekend is the last time I will ever go to this store. If there is a manager there he does not pay attention to the staff. The staff does not get the orders right. Not sure if they can't hear on the speaker system or just really don't care what they send out to the customer. For the cost of the food it is not worth the aggravation it causes me when I get home and my order is incorrect. Freddy would be rolling in his grave he could see how this place is ran.

Most of our sandwiches were not made correctly. Spent almost 30 min in the drive through lane because for some reason they blocked one lane off.Last few times we have tried to come, they have closed early, during prime dinner hours, and blocked off their drive through. Likely won't be back.

Burger was great. Small striing fries were very good just not very hot. We were the only ones inside but had to look for a clean table to eat at. It was not lack of staff I counted 11 staff.

Average food but prices a little high. Still better than McDonald's. What was most disappointing was how dirty the dine in area was. Lobby was not busy but every table and the floor had left over food on everywhere.

Placed our order at the drive thru, added one item at window with relatively little wait. Staff asked us to pull forward to parking lot and they would bring food out. Waited 18 minutes with no appearance so entered restaurant (mind you, two kids in the car, one of which we had to convince to go to Freddy's and my arm is currently in a sling so kind of the point of a drive thru experience). Took three staff members to actually engage with me and then, lo and behold, our food was sitting on a cart in the middle of the kitchen with shake and concrete mostly melted and food cold. Rather than deal with delays at this point with hungry kids and nursing wife at home, took the food and microwaved it. Definitely not a premium experience considering we have Tay's as an alternative that's closer and the same price for a FAR better food and quicker service. Not living up to the whole "Enjoying great food without a long wait doesn’t mean your meal has to be cooked before you order it." as listed on their website at all. More like "Enjoy cold food and melted ice cream after a long wait because we forget about you." Don't plan to be back.

Easy choice ^*^fast food restaurantYoung boy enjoyed double cheeseburger

Love Freddy’s, but I’ve had several issues at this one. Very slow service combined with closing early. I went to grab ice cream tonight just after 8 and they were already locked up… door says 10:00 pm and so does Google. Seriously, amend your hours or be open until the hours listed.

Employees seemed good natured and happy. An enjoyable and quick dinner with excellent fries.
