Best burger in town, we love Freddy's, There ice is the bomb, we will definitely be going back. Well fine Freddy's ?
Very displeased with this location. Today I ordered a large order of their cheese curds (as they’re delicious). However, upon getting home 15 mins later I realized that the container with the cheese curds (a regular size when I ordered a large) was barely half full with a pool of grease at the bottom. Absolutely disgusting. I wish I could attach the photo I took. As an employee, how do you look at an order and proceed to put less than half of the ordered product in an even smaller portion sized container than was ordered. I love Freddys, but this location has gone downhill in a major way. I have some sort of issue every time I go there and will probably be the last time at this location. I never leave reviews, but this was just the last straw.
I love the skinny fries! Always hot and crispy. I've not yet been disappointed at any Freddy's location. Great fast food burger choice! All around great quality.
The food is always good, however after going there for years they never seem to bag orders right. Really need an order checking system in there. I'm either getting someone else's order or getting half my order and half of someone else's...And it's a lucky day if they remember to put sauces in the bag.
I grew up in the Midwest so I am used to culvers and when I think of this place it reminds me of the same but just with a different name.The steak burgers are good the ice cream is of good quality Lee and this remains a favorite of one of my sons.
First disappointment experienced this week.Appears to be in need of management.Order taker was preoccupied with chitchat while I made my selections in drive-thru.Asked for extra pickle on my sandwich( see photo) seemed a bit over the top. Perhaps I placed too much emphasis on the word "extra" standard sandwich has 2 slices. Apparently, extra is open to interpretation . . .as in 500% more.#firstworldoroblemBoth sandwiches were overpriced for what was served.
I almost always like me some Freddy's. Hot food, great fries!One thing I wish employees(every where) would understand is that gloves are single use. And for handling the food! You CANNOT wear your gloves to take my money, wrap my food, get my fries, touch your headset, make a drink etc. Gloves have to be changed.
Be careful when eating here. My family ate here and the 3 of us that had burgers and fries got food poisoning the one who had chicken did not. I called the location and the manager was so ready to defend her position of it wasn't the fault of her cookd that she barked her response in an aggressive tone. I was able to speak to a normal-ish person once I informed her that I did NOT want any free food. It was such a horrible experience for myself and my family, so we will be taking a break from Freddy's for a while.
Steak burger was excellent and even though crowded my food order was ready within a reasonable amount of time. Fries were ok (not a big fan of shoe string fries)
The steak burgers were strange looking, dry and overcooked. I did not like them very much. The chicken sandwich was not much better. The fries were the skinny ones and did not have enough salt on them. Don't plan on going back.
