We rarely eat at Freddy's. Decided we were in the mood for their fries and sauce so we placed an order for pick up. Got home with our food and they shorted us a large fry. The other two fries were cold and soggy. The cheese curds were in a clump at the bottom of the container. Tried calling to talk to someone and no one answers the phone. It's safe to say we won't be eating there again no matter how badly we want the fries and sauce.
Freddy’s is usually great. Not this location. Live nearby so we try to use this location. We use drive though. When you order a concrete with extra Reese’s peanut butter cups and there is hardly any peanut butter cups in the concrete it’s disappointing. It’s happened multiple times and in this same visit we get peanut butter milk shake which turned out to be plain vanilla. Didn’t realize it until we got home and started eating. If you want your order to turn out correct go to a different location. Or maybe just a different franchise. They obviously don’t pay close enough attention to how they prepare orders.
Went there with a group of friends in the evening to chill. Ordered their most basic meal and custard, and was not disappointed! For 12 bucks, I got a delicious steak burger, that iconic fry sauce, a refreshing drink with infinite refills, and wondeful custard that goes amazingly with root beer.
Gave it 3 stars only because food was yummy and I was starving. The restaurant floors were absolutely trashed with mud, dirt, food wrappers and crumbs from food. Tables were also dirty as well as the soda fountain area and women's bathroom. Haven't been in this location before so not sure if it was a fluke thing of what but it was the dirtiest fast food joint I have ever been in. Yuck.
We went there and had a very good meal. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it was delicious. Freddy's is always a good stop for good.
***Update: I drove back up to take my burger back. The manager didn’t even apologize but did remake my order. The guy cooking was the only one who apologized and he said they got fatty meat so it was hard to cook. The burger wasn’t any better once I got home to eat it. Still pretty crunchy. Sounds like to me the person cooking the meat doesn’t know how to use or cook on a flat top. Very disappointed with how the manager responded. Will not be back to this location.The meat on my burger was cooked so much that it was crunchy. Why would you server someone something like that! Ridiculous!!
Yesterday we ordered 2 double cheese lettuce wraps. We received one which had been cut in half to fit into the hot dog to-go boxes! Paid for 2 received one!
I was very disappointed. The order was all messed up. One of the chili cheese dogs came was plain. Were missing one chili cheese fries. The regular fries were cold.
Best customer especially during a pandemic when we all know talent is hard to come by! Thank you Freddie's team - keep going! Your efforts matter!!!
Chicago dog was good but was haphazardly put in the box and dog and onions etc. spilled out of the bun.
