They made a mistake on my burger and when I went back around through the drive-thru I decided to order a shake that I was totally willing to pay for but they Compt My shake and fixed my burger and let me keep what I already had. I really appreciate that they took my politeness and executed everything perfectly. Thank you so much for your time. I will definitely be returning!
I’ve just about had it with this location. The dining room is absolutely filthy every time I go here. It is disgusting, I am amazed they don’t have health code violations here On a daily basis. It’s not just a basic things like unwiped tables and floors that look like they have never been mopped, it’s walls that have months or years worth of gunk build up, drink station is gross and dirty, bathrooms are filthy, and apparently there isn’t a proper ventilation system for the grease from the fryers and the grills because the dining room is filled with Smokey exhaust. I’m a really big fan of the burgers here, but I get better service Andy vastly superior dining experience at Culver’s and at Chick-fil-A.
Wonderful and fresh food! Good to average wait time, good portion sizes, clean environment, etc. To be honest, it seemed like a higher quality Steak and Shake.However, this is reflected in the prices (averaging $10 or 11 per meal without dessert). Additionally, some of our food was missing certain condiments; however, the 6-person booths along the windows are an awesome feature! I would definitely recommend this place to others, but not enough to give it 5 stars.
Good food, friendly staff. Tables were filthy. Not a clean table inside. Patrons got napkins and cleaned their own tables before sitting down. Only four tables occupied in the restaurant.
This chicken sandwich is as gross as a McChicken at McDonalds! I don’t think it’s even meat. 3rd time at this location because it’s close and all 3 visits were horrible overpriced cheap food. It’s like microwaved gas station food ?
The food was very good. The restaurant was a little bit dirty inside the tables needed cleaning and they had no regular cup lids. I did see the employees cleaning the food area so that's good.
Been here twice and both times we've gotten the wrong things multiple times. The first time we had to return items 3 times til we finally got what we ordered. Today, we got the wrong size on one thing and the wrong sundae flavor on another. I'd really appreciate attentive employees that pay attention to what it is customers ask and pay for. Just a tip/feedback for the future.
Ordered thru drive thru...we got to window and she forgot my chili. Then there was nothing to eat with........this took up my time.....finally got food and the Burger was delishous.as we're the fries.....crackers were not served with the chili....
This day it was just my husbandMy last experiences terrible. I waited too long picking my order up. They could not find it. It was on the cashier counter. I got it home and saw our 2 hot dogs were wrinkled and chewy, 2 BOWLS of chili we're almost 1/4 th full, pretty empty. It had to be on purpose but why. I wrote a note with my receipt but just did not go back.
So clean. Bathrooms we very clean. Staff was happy we'd friendly. Our lunch was perfect for our across country drive. It was my oldest birthday and I got him a custard cookie. He said it was good. Overall happy with our visit.
