The staff is always friendly and quick response to needs. The restaurant has always been incredibly clean with clean working areas for employees. Sinks are close for staff to wash hands regularly as well!Burgers are always consistent and fries are always fresh! Even ordering from DoorDash they come hot and crispy!
I hadn't been back since Covid and I stopped in one day and it was just like I remember. And their fries are the best in town
Took 20 minutes to get a fry and my number was skipped over. The girl that took our order left and didn't even give us the receipt we had to reach over and grab it ourselves. Then she was mean mugging me and my wife, we are an interracial couple, my wife being black along with the girl that took our order. All of this can easily be seen on camera to verify my story.
Loads of fries. And a very tasty BLT. If you like bacon ?, give Five Guys BLT sandwich a try. You won't be disappointed.
Came back to try it once more after re-opening and they're still messing up a simple veggie sandwich with cheese. Unreal.Accuracy aside, cajun fries were soggy and flavorless. Over priced for some mid-tier fast food.

Always tasty hamburger with just the right toppings. A bit pricey but worth it when you really just want a good burger!
Showed up about 30 min before close with a craving for some fries and no one in sight and looked like it had long been closed. Apparently the giant sign saying open till 10 everyday was not accurateUpdate...Got food from here last night and now my whole family has food poisoning.....great job guys
I have been two times and the burger patties are dry and tasteless. Hope you like them well done! Usually it is not that way but at Oak Park it seems to be. I would hit another one that knows how to cook.
