My first experience wasn’t a good one. Not only did they mess up my order twice they have kids working here. I don’t recommend this place at all.

1st Firehouse Subs we found in Kansas. Our subs were good, though the bread wasn’t toasted. Not sure why…I was a little disappointed that there were no limes for the signature Cherry Limeade drinks, but understand that they hadn’t been able to order them.Overall it was a nice meal.

I love most Firehouse locations. I love that money goes toward worthy causes. They are more expensive than other stores that offer similar food choices, however the charity work they do and the food they offer is typically awesome. This particular location didn't seem to have food or customer service at the level of other locations I have visited. I was disappointed with how greasy the sandwiches were and they didn't seem to be warm. It may have just been an off day, but other locations seem to provide a better experience than this particular location.

I ordered on line for pick up - sub, soup, and chips. When I arrived at the designated time, only the sub was ready. The cashier told me they were waiting on the soup. Five minutes later, a different guy told me the same thing. Another five minutes later, a different guy told me the soup would take another thirty minutes. I told him I couldn't wait. I went get the chips, but they didn't have the kind that they had sold me. I took a different one and left. When I got home and opened the sub box, there was no pickle included. Very disappointing experience.

The restaurant was gross. Floor was greasy. Greeted with a employee saying 15 min wait with only 6 customers here. We had to clean our own table. Won't be back anytime soon. Other places are way better. Visited on3/5/2022 @13:30pm.

Friday Night...not busy...not clean...trash full...luke warm meatball sub...drink machine out of flavors...people eating behind the counter. I don't mind paying more as long as they are on their A game and show they are customer focused.

I've done online ordering in the past and had a good experience with delicious food, however, prices are marked up with delivery apps with delivery fees + tips. I went in around 11:30 while there wasn't anyone in line, and I was told it would be about a 15-minute wait as the meat hadn't been cut up yet. There were three people working, so I figured they weren't short-staffed unless they receive a lot of online orders. Since I was on my lunch break, I had to go elsewhere. I hope this is only a one-time ordeal as I love their subs and haven't had any issues at other locations.

I went to firehouse multiple times a week when living in Orlando. This location has reduced that frequency to once a few months. My food is either incorrectly made, not made with enough meat or the staff is just not in the best mood. Worst location I’ve ever been to. I’ve given it 3 chances and it never works out as a good experience. Safe to say I’ll probably never return to this location.

taste was excellent (5 star), but quantity of ingredients on sandwich was a little skimpy for the price, thus 3 stars.

This used to be a good location, but they no longer have any quality control. Sandwiches seem to be slopped together, orders not as requested, etc.
