While visiting from Hawaii we went to this Fazolis and had the best customer service experience we have had in a long while. We were greeted by Cristi who was working cashier. She took out order and made suggestions for us when we asked about the menu. Perfect recommendation Cristi! We had been to other Fazoli locations before but none compare to the customer service she provided.
Great as far as a quick-service chain goes. Fast drive-through even for multiple orders. Good selection, too. The bread sticks are awesome.
David is such an amazing worker before I even got the chance to open the door he ran to it to open for me he then proceeded to lay on the ground and let me walk on top of him so I wouldn't get my new shoes dirty. When I told him I forgot my dentures he chewed my food for me. When I told him I was ready to leave he picked me up and carried me to my car and told me he loved me and to have a goodnight. 10/10 would eat there again

Went through the drive through and had the most pleasant young man help me. I called to get his name and spoke with the manager David, who was equally professional and friendly. But this review is about Chez - very helpful with the menu, let me know how much longer once I got to the window (which was quicker than other Fazolis I’ve been to), he even asked me how my day was. And you know what… He made my day!! Oh, the baked spaghetti with meatballs was delicious!
Amazing dine in service from Christy. I felt like I was in a hi end restaurant not fast food. She came back 3 or 4 times explaining the menus at our table and then brought extra water and bread sticks. I just happened to stop in as I drove by but will definitely be back now! Ken Beach.
My rating is based off of a fast food scale.I had been putting off trying this after moving to the Midwest but I finally did tonight because I was craving spaghetti but didn’t want to cook it. I was pleasantly surprised. This is not gourmet and its not even Olive Garden although I actually did think that the fettuccine Alfredo was substantially better at Fazoli’s than it at Olive Garden (I hate OG’s bland Alfredo sauce). I am not big on white pasta but if you like it, then I recommend Fazoli’s baked Alfredo. I thought the baked spaghetti and meatballs were pretty decent and lived up to fast food Italian expectations. Same with the breadsticks. The only thing I did not like was the lasagna. The lasagna was awful but everything else was pretty good.
Back for lunch at the best Fazoli’s in the entire Kansas City metropolitan area. Cristi was my cashier and we traded humorous banter which is one reason this is the best Fazoli’s. I asked Cristi for extra napkins and said what I really need is a bib. And voilà Cristi presented me with a bib. So I kept my white sweat shirt clean and enjoyed great spaghetti with meatballs.I’ll be back.

I live near Topeka, but make it to KC several times a year. Often my family will decide to go to Fazoli's, and we will go out of out of our way, to go to the Overland Park location. We seem to always get food that is fresh and prepared consistently, I appreciate that. The real reason we go to Overland Park is the people, they always have the nicest staff. This visit Cristi was working the register, as well as taking care of the dining room. She was super busy and still greeted everyone with a great attitude, and made my experience truly 5 stars. My son would like to add that Cristi made sure he never ran out of hot bread sticks, which is his favorite part.
