My boyfriend and I are from out of town, on a weekend getaway. On the way out of town, we decided to eat before we started back home. After a quick Google search for Mexican, we came across Fajita Pete's. When we arrived, they were not technically open yet, they just happened to be catering and they served anyway!!! WOW talk about customer service!!! The owner Scott was very kind. You never hear or come across restaurants that are willing to serve customers in this manner.. Thoughtfulness, and EXCELLENT food.. would definitely recommend this place and will come again.
Based on the on-line reviews, we decided to give Pete's a try for dinner on a Friday evening. We ordered the steak fajitas and were very disappointed. The meat was poor quality and full of gristle and fat. Only about half of the two person serving was edible. The refried beans were too pureed and runny, and were more the consistency of hummus. We also tried a Mango Margarita and agreed it was one of the worst we had ever been served. It tasted of poor quality tequila and had no detectable mango flavor - very disappointing for a $12 00 Margarita. Based on our experience, we do not plan to return anytime in the future. Fajitas are best enjoyed sizzling, freshly cooked, and brought to your table while dining at a consistently good established dine-in Mexican restaurant while sipping flavorful good quality Margaritas.
Once you try Fajita Pete's in Overland Park KS you will be hooked! Their fajitas are some of the most amazing fajitas I have ever had! You also definitely need to try their margaritas. The staff are very friendly and the owners are wonderful people. I am looking forward to ordering more fajitas very soon.
Fajita Pete’s is delicious! I love that I can order just the fajita meat and tortillas for a family of four and I don’t have to get any sides! The frozen margaritas are also delicious! And they are so nice they will give you a little sample while you wait for your food
Ordered Fajita Pete's for our Safety Award Lunch and Scott was a great pleasure to work with on our lunch schedules. The food was always delicious and the employees loved it! We will most definitely use them again for our catering needs.
Fajita Pete’s is a great addition to the area! The food is delicious and the delivery service is an amazing perk. We ordered at 4:45 on a Saturday afternoon and had our food faster than I ever could have imagined. A family fave!
Omg! This place is clean and friendly! Trevor is the nicest and funniest employee! We work for Advent Health Care. He was considerate of our lunch break time and our food was fresh and delicious. We had an order for 4 and there were no problems at all. Great service and great employee!
