I work just a couple blocks from this shop, I stop here often. But dang, went do we have to ask for napkins when your getting donuts and a coffee?? EVERYTIME! I don't ask just to see if the window person is smart enough to drop a couple in. Otherwise my drinks are always perfect and they are friendly. I just feel that we shouldn't have to ask for napkins!!!

Ok hear me out, I love Dunkin’ Donuts and everyone including myself does in fact run on Dunkin’. I hate leaving negative reviews. The first time this happened I was like ok it’s early stuff happens. But this same thing has happened 3 visits in a row. I keep ordering the pimento grilled cheese (that ish is fire) but they keep toasting it on only one side?? Lmao it’s like over toasted on one side and not toasted on the other at all and almost cold. It’s like the sandwiches aren’t being flipped. Was this person trained wrong? Pls send help lmao I love these but I can’t keep doing cold on one side ? thank you.

Sadly I asked for a lot of extra milk sub and they barely changed the color of my coffee. And I didn't know there was a supposed to be everything bagel seasoning on the avocado toast - I'd have left it off as I'm allergic to garlic! Signage should describe or show better pictures. They did have a sign asking for patrons to disclose allergies so I guess it's my fault.

I love Dunkin, but this was just plain terrible. The butternut donut was so goopy from way too much icing. The food was beyond gross (cold, tasted like it spent all morning in the warmers). Didn't eat a single thing we got. My drink wasn't even filled to the top.

Just left without a drink. I ordered a frozen caramel capachino. The young lady tried to hand me an iced drink that I watched her fill more than halfway with milk. I told her this is not what I ordered. She told me we don't make that drink here. I told her I buy it all the time here. She then said okay I will make you one. I left. JUST WASTED 20 MINUTES OF MY LIFE DUNKIN DONUTS. Hire some competent people.

I've had dunkin' in Peoria Illinois almost daily for a long time, came to visit family in KC and this dunkin' has got to have the worse service I've seen so far. Just absolutely careless, even if overworked (and i understand that is a serious issue) I'm writing this review for the betterment of the situation not for the termination of the employees. These donuts were terribly and unevenly glazed, thrown in upside down and (this one is an issue across all dunkin) whenever I order old fashioned donuts they always put in plain, I don't want a plain donut I want an old fashioned, if that's not available perhaps tell me so or don't make it an option. Don't just replace it with a donut I don't like. Here are some pictures for proof, also ordered coffee that was ok, darker than I like but I know I cant adjust for that as I order more so that's why its 2 stars and not 1.

Just went through the drive thru, didn’t look very busy, took about 15 minutes to get to the order speaker. After ordering took another 15 minutes to get to the window. Once we got to the window we had to re-order our entire order then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for our food. We were first handed someone else’s order then when we got ours not once did we hear an apology or why there was such a long wait. Our meal was poorly put together it wasn’t even hot and we were missing an item. Won’t be going back.

My ice coffee was fine sounds crazy but you can mess up an ice coffee they were really busy. I was able to go inside and come out with my food faster then the drive thru was moving. I'm not sure but I feel like dunkin donuts caught up to Krispy Kream donuts. Customer service was good the lady that took my order was very polite and very professional. I have been here a few times before.

I’m shamelessly an almost everyday regular, & because of that I can say that the service keeps declining. The line is moving slower and sometimes they give the order wrong or incomplete. Every time I pull up to the window to pay & get my order they’re talking for the most part. They’re nice people, but talking is being prioritized over keeping the line moving & making sure orders are correct.

This Dunkin Donuts location at 75th & Metcalf consistently gets orders wrong and to make matters worse, the staff is simply rude and not even willing to try to make things right. This evening I placed a mobile order for 2 dozen donuts, 1/2 glazed, 1/2 chocolate iced. The order was processed and payment was taken. I tried to call the store directly multiple times after the order went through to confirm that they indeed had the donuts (because they've gotten orders wrong before) but no one ever answers the phone at this location. I arrive on time to pick up my order and I'm told they don't have the donuts. They only have part of the order and told me I can pay for those or they will just throw them away. The other option was to come back the next day. They refused to discount the partial order donuts even though I had driven all the way there and they were the ones who did not have the order as promised. The girl at the drive thru window was downright rude. I've never been spoken to that way by someone in customer service, and frankly I never write reviews like this but I felt pretty strongly that this was not handled correctly. I would definitely avoid this store.
