First, they were getting a delivery truck when I arrived at about 8:45 AM. If you've never worked in the restaurant industry you never want to get a truck at your busiest time of day. It was blocking half the parking lot, as in this location the parking lot is already small. Second, I was there to get a small treat for my daughter and myself. We got munchkins and they were stale. All of them. Tasted at least a day old if not longer. Sad sad sad. When a 6 year old says these donuts are not very good... :(

Two tries on the mobile app and two fails probably over a year apart. Today they lost my order as a worker apparently picked it up and set it down to do something else. After nearly 30 minutes I decided to ask the mgr who found the ticket lying on the counter near the donut case. He completed the order promptly but really this should not happen. Similar experience a year ago but thought maybe they'd figured things out.

5/15/22 ordered a drink and sat down to wait. 5 employees working and one started to loudly in a raised voice berate another for not having mopped yet. Second employee came out and gave the employee lessons on how to mop. We still waited. No other customers in the store. Finally I caught the eye of the mopper and he asked if we had been helped. I told him what I ordered and he went and made it in about 30 seconds and apologized for the wait. I told him to hang in there and left. Not a very professional place and a hostile work environment for sure!

Walked in and ordered 7 dozen mixed assortment. The young man helping me had a filthy apron, didnt smile or greet me, and acted confused as to how to put my order together. He grabbed 3 donuts at a time with one gloved hand which messed up the frosting on some of them, and repeatedly wiped his nose and face with his other hand, which was not gloved but he was using it to unfold the donut boxes and put them together along with his one gloved hand.He worked with absolutely zero sense of urgency, even though a line was forming behind me. Start to finish my order took around 15mins. I did not pick out individual donuts. Just told him at the beginning I needed 7 dozen and wanted a variety of everything in the case. The counter was also very dirty with crumbs. Not an enjoyable visit to Dunkin. I probably wont be back.

Good place for a quick sweet bite, most of th e times. Last time I walked in with two kids for couple of donuts at 7.58 and I don't know that they close at 8. Without asking what I want, i was told they are closed. I understand it might be a long day for them but the kids were disappointed. This place could use some better customer service and some common sense.

My receipt clearly says croissant and the gentleman making the food puts my bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel. Then I tell the girl who is working the window they’re wrong and all she said was “what” like I was in the wrong. Dunkin corporate I would clear house and get new employees, they have zero professional experience.

Wish I could give -5 stars. Hash browns were SOGGY and tasted like burnt plastic and chemicals. The bacon on the sandwiches we ordered had the same taste. Absolutely AWFUL. Had to throw everything away. The iced coffee was extremely acidic like they don’t properly clean the machines.

mobile ordered:2 egg and cheese croissants2 hash brownsI picked it up in drive-thru and after reaching home i see only one hash brown in the packet.I tried calling the store to report it but no one answered.I left VM as well but no one responded.

Idk where to start. The staffs concern was with their electronic devices and social media. Out of ham, fine. But the hash browns were mush, the bread was hard and the meat and egg on the breakfast sandwich was cold. Donuts were made days ago. This was a low quality location. Unfortunately the only area where the Dunkin's are good is in Lawrence.

Maybe, just maybe, you could hire someone other than Mariah who does nothing but glare and stank face at customers while making their food. Maybe. We're gonna go with 4 though because Sam is an absolute gem and is working with what he's been given the best he can. We riot if we lose him.
