Let me save you the headache! This is the worst managed Domino's ever! I have had multiple issues with this specific location. Firstly, the location some how has the territory for neighborhoods near Corporate Woods even though another location is much closer... The issue is my wife ordered a few pizzas for a daughter's bday party (delivery). Someone called and said they didn't have a driver; which wasn't too mad about. However, we had already paid near $14 in delivery fees and tip. When I drove to location to pick up pizza, they declined to refund the $14...and the employee wouldn't give me any contact information for franchisee or operator. Now, I have to make another trip with wife to try and get a refund. Please use another Domino's and save the trouble!

We moved here to OP 6 months ago. Since we’ve lived here there has only been one employee, Stephen, working this dominoes almost every night. He is always working alone & is a very nice guy. I’ll give him that but I’ve seen one time when there was another employee in there. Can’t do deliveries because they have no drivers. We are usually always patient but last two times we ordered we ended up canceling our orders. I was 10th in line when my order was supposed to be ready. I mean at first I felt bad but come on man like 6 months is enough time to hire more staff. Papa johns easily has 6 people at their locations every time we go there. This is usually after we cancel our dominos order. I’ve worked in food industry for years and been understaffed during Covid but you can hire more people than 1 guy within half year time frame. Just sad because this location is going to end up shutting down over this I’m sure.

I ordered the pizza with a credit card, and soon after received a call from the store at 5227 W 95th St., Overland Park, KS 66207 The caller told me I had two choices, cancel the order, or come pick it up. Being curious I asked if I picked it up would I still be charged the over $5 delivery fee. He said I would still be charged the fee. I asked why the cancellation, and he said he had no drivers. Out of drivers, your out of business.

Ordered online only to find out over an hour and a half later that they won't make it because they have no one to deliver it. I had to call in to find out why my order was still in the prep stage. They didn't contact me at all and this is the second time they've done this. Both times they said I was about to be called to tell me that it cannot go through due to no drivers. So why not just make it carry out only online? Also, when you call them up they are rude about it. Seriously, either shut this store down or get more help.

I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for carry out 1 pizza. The app says it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got notification it was being prepared, so I drove there and waited. The employee was unapologetic. It should have been free after that amount of time, but they insisted on payment and I didn't even get my$3 of coupon. I got my pizza tonight at a nearby pizza hut in 15 minutes with great service

This location is either under staffed or poorly managed. Either way it needs to be shut down. I am going to start ordering carry out from a different location since I am unfortunately locked into this store's delivery area. Orders are consistently sitting at quality check for 1+ hours. The final straw was after waiting 2 hours for a pizza we were given the incorrect order and the delivery person insisted it was correct. I love Domino's and have been a loyal customer for over 5 years but I hope the consistently horrible reviews this location is getting either shuts it down or prompts a change in management.

On Friday, March 11, 2022 approx 7:20 pm we ordered 3 pizzas, 2 liter of coke and cheesy bread for delivery. An hour later, a rude man called to say our order was being cancelled because they didn't have any delivery drivers, nor did they have any delivery drivers all day. Why did it take over an hour to let us know our order was being cancelled? We had 5 small children who were very disappointed that the pizza we promised was not coming not to mention that we had to scramble to feed the children. What happened to customer service?

I'm not sure of the employees name, but a guy with a beard messed up my order and he was super nice about it and gave us a free pizza. The employees there and honestly really nice but the wait time is atrocious! Last week i went there and we ordered a pizza online and we had to wait for a single pizzas for 2 hours.

I placed and order online for delivery and it was cancelled. I thought it might've been a mistake. I placed it once again since I really want Dominos pizza and once again it was cancelled. I called the store three times back to back to back and no one picked up the phone. Stephen was the person working on my order from what the online tracker said. On the phone with the customer service line right now.Edit: I see that they called me twice before I called them but my phone sent them to my voicemail. They didn't reach out to me after the second time it was cancelled.

I completely understand we are living during a pandemic where food service is especially suffering from staff shortages. We have tried to order delivery 3 times in the past 3 weeks. They have called us 10 minutes up to an hour after placing our order to let us know they don't have a driver and are canceling our order. Thanks for giving us the option to make our food still and pick it up? Or maybe just turn off the delivery option for your store so people don't waste the time. Calling someone and saying you're canceling the order and instantly hanging up without response is pretty immature.
