The guys at the store were severly under-staffed… I waited an hour and a half, calling to try and cancel my order but their new system is terrible. I went to visit them to cancel my order but they were super nice. Took care of me right away. Their management isn’t caring for them by providing enough workers. They had 2 people, working like 40+ orders. I fee sorry for them and resent their management. I would have gave a poor rating based on that but the people working there were great people and they make great pizza. Upper management dominos just sucks terribly.
Manager was very friendly when I called her an hour after I ordered, she told me it would only be 30-35 minutes then it took another hour, so it took over 2 hours to get my pizza. I understand staffing issues is a problem but I would appreciate a little more honesty in time estimates. I would just get carry out delivery will take forever.
I just ordered pizza pasta and chicken.. “mark” started prepping my order at 8:16pm… at 9:35 I get a tracker update cancelled order???? No one calls with an apology or “how can we make this right?”.. horrible business model. I called a corporate number and they are trying to call the store and no one is answering.. it friggin Tuesday… after an hour and almost a half you cancel my order with no notice.. ridiculous
Came in tonight to get my Large Xtravaganza, great people here and my pizza was amazing! Only wish I could tip on a card payment. Absurd domino system, to not let us tip on card payments. Service was good and food was good and fresh.
I love the order tracker. But it revealed that our pizza was done an hour before it was delivered. I wish there was something when we order that gives a prediction of time difference between pickup vs delivery to help make that decision.
I ordered the pepperoni. Extra pepperoni, extra cheese, extra sauce. I received none of those things. Paid $50 for dough. There is no sauce at all. I called but nobody answers
Three orders in a row…waited over an hour for delivery only to finally get a notification that it’s cancelled. I work in retail and completely understand and empathize with staffing issues. But if that’s the cause (and I’m only guessing that it is) then surely you know when the order is placed that you won’t be able to fulfill it? Just let us know right away! No one answers the phone if you call, either. Gave them too many chances already…moving on.
Order pizza an hour ago. Just received a message that my order was cancelled. Got an email that said - “we are unable to fulfill your order” - too late to order anywhere else. Don’t waste your time. No call - very disappointing.Update - after this happened (same night), we ordered Sarpino’s. Excellent service, delicious pizza #gosarpinos
Ordered my pizza and got an email about a cancellation after it said my pizza had been delivered and called the store to talk to the manager and he said the driver tried to call me but I never received a call from anyone associated with this store during this delivery time and all the manager can say is I’m sorry!! Very poor ran store and very poor customer service! DO NOT order delivery from this store!!
i’m so sad. i ordered my pizza at 6:50 and didn’t get it until 9:20. i was really hungry and had no way to get my pizza :( they said it would take about 50 minutes to be delivered and around 8:20 i tried calling but there was no answer. i called three more times and was on hold for 15 minutes until i hung up. don’t waste your time here. honestly this place ruined my entire night. If they can’t make delivery’s in a reasonable time they should turn that option off. Also when my pizza got here the guy RAN off and i didn’t even get a chance to talk to him. the pizza itself wasn’t good and it felt like it was cutting my throat as i swallowed it. the crust tasted stale and it wasn’t nice and fluffy but more like trying to take a bite out of a tree branch. i have never had a worse experience ordering pizza and i highly don’t recommend this place to anyone.
