Culvers is one of the best "fast food" style restaurants I've ever been to. I've heard, and feel that there is a certain chicken place that always treats you right...well Culver's ranks neck and neck with this other place in terms of service. The menu at Culver's wins hands down over this other place however, so give Culver's a shot already!

it's a mercy 3 stars instead of the 2 that is probably deserved. they need to spend some serious time training employees on - among other things - how to smile; how to at least "act" like they are glad to have a job and to have you as a customer; how to be helpful and thoroughly answer questions when a customer asks one; what a "receipt" is (yes, the sullen, monotone cashier did not seem to understand what a credit card receipt is....); how to accurately fill a simple order; etc.very disappointing because I used to really enjoy eating at this Culvers. also, very disappointing they removed fried chicken from the menu. Culvers used to have about the best fried chicken anywhere.

Despite another big chain fast food place opened next to Culver’s. This is by far the best fast food restaurant i been to and the cleanest culver’s as well. Everything is perfect and the staff is extremely nice

Don't waste time here. Go to Red Robin instead. Fries were awesome, but burgers were mediocre at best. Stay away from the mashed potatoes.

Culver's always has good food and custards. My family prefers Culver over any other fast food restaurant and don't mind waiting for fresh food, unlike other chains that have items under the Warner, drying out, getting soggy, so you leave as soon as you get to the window. The main suggestion I have would be to make sure the order is correct after sacking. The last few times our orders have had wrong food and or missing items. My pet peeve with the cooks is how they make the sandwich. Every time you have 4 rings of onion on the bottom(only need 2). Then the single tomato is off to one side of the bun and so is the hamburger. When it has cheese you ruin the sandwich by trying to eat it correctly, with everything center spreading out to the edge of buns. It would also be great if you could switch to lettuce leaves or something instead of romaine lettuce that never stays on the hamburger either. The last issue we have had lately would be with the french fries. The fries have been soggy and not cooked properly so that the edges are crispy. We would recommend cheese curds, french fries with cheese sauce, pork tenderloin, butter bacon cheeseburger, (charging for individual pieces to make your sandwiches is a rip-off!), spicy and non-spicy chicken sandwich, and the concrete custards.

Went through the drive thru with my Yorkie. Treated her to a bunless burger. I had a double butter cheeseburger. She has leftovers but I do not. I wish I would have got a shake or concrete . She was excited for her burger and is now sleeping.

This is the worst Culver’s in the area… Rude employees that don’t speak English and terrible food! The last Butter Burger I purchased from here I took home and took one bite and threw it in the trash ! When Whataburger opens next door to them that building will be for sale!

One of the best burgers I have had, served to my table, so impressed.

i love culver’s. i always get their kids meal with a custard, then save the coupon on the bag, so i get a free ice cream. Culver’s is super yummy and give lots of food! People are always nice and friendly!

Kept getting cut off by the lady in the drive thru and when I tried to make sure they would give me ranch in the bag, she closed the window in our faces. Asked the girl who brought our food out if there was ranch in there and when we asked if we could have some, she rolled her eyes before walking away. You should probably get a new job if you have a problem with simple requests sweetheart.
