Took my grandsons this week and they had a great time!! There were 3 adults ,two infants, a toddler and two 5 1/2 year olds. We were there 2 hours, the entire staff was friendly and we never felt like they were rushing us out the door. Thanks for making our day great!!
Enjoyed a visit to Chuck's place for my grandson's birthday. Fortunately it was not very busy and he was able to play anything he wanted without delay. The place was clean and the machines seemed to be well spaced out. The greeter was very welcoming and the rest of the staff cordial.
Great place for a nice break from the the Summer Daze. Kids are having a phenomenal time in a safe and friendly atmosphere. Thank you for your commitment to great fun.
This Chuck E. Cheese was fine. It was very small which is fine for younger children, but not much to do for kids 7 and up. The staff was indifferent towards all the guests, overall to expensive for such a tiny place.
The place was really busy and was run by a bunch of teenagers. The people there were definitely an interesting variety, too. Great place to people watch while enjoying the kids. The salad bar was limited, but yummy, and the pizza was quite tasty. Make sure to check online for coupons, too!
Had my grandsons 1st bday here. It was nice, clean and very friendly staff. Only thing was they ask us to move up to the booths so they could clean !?!?! Still had an hour and half left. Cake and ice cream was hard with 4 booths. But overall it was a nice place.
I booked a birthday here. Paid almost $600 for a birthday party (Total original owed was 326 after $50 deposit). Has absolutely trash service. Our host was an hour late, I had to search for things that should have been included. I literally spent the whole time chasing people down. I added a 2nd party star and had to speak to a manager about getting their "extras". I also had to speak to the manager about the 2000 tickets in exchange for the balloons they didn't have. Oh and even though we sat there for an hour without a host (out of our 2 hour slot) they were sure quick to tell us they needed our table do we needed to move to booth because we only had 10 minutes left of our party and they had to start decorating for the next. Why is this done during the time I paid for?
Love bringing my son here! The location is normally pretty clean and my son can run around and play whatever games he wants for a specific amount of time and I can keep an eye on him. They also have the option to pause the game time so you can sit down and eat without losing play time.
Attended a birthday party, the venue was so cold. Washing your hands in the restroom was horrible. Super cold water, no hot water at all. The pizza really needs work.. games are very outdated.
While there was a slight odor of mothballs, the place was clean. The staff, altho few, were very attentive and responsive. There was a dedicated person walking around cleaning the whole time. A great place for kiddos at an affordable price.
