This restaurant is for casual dining, has friendly and attentive staff. We ordered meat combo (c5) that contained a mix of marinated and seasoned pork cuts. Meat was fresh, tender and full of flavor from the marinade. Bbq’ing was a nice experience. Definitely going back here!

Chosun Korean BBQ on Metcalf. We decided to order off the menu this time, instead of BBQ. We tried the Bibimbap, which is steamed rice topped with a variety of fresh seasoned vegetables beef, and topped with a deliciously pan fried egg. We also got the Gun Man Du, or Pan fried dumplings, stuffed with minced beef, pork, cabbage, chives and tofu served with seasoned soy sauce.Everything was delicious, and the service was fantastic.

One of my favorite restaurants! ? Fresh food especially ? seafood, ? steaks, and ? pig. The combo on the grill is perfection after a busy morning or afternoon. Spend the extra at lunch and have leftovers! Friendly staff and fun atmosphere.

Top choice for Korean BBQ and one of my favorite places in Overland Park overall. Flavors are always so good and fresh off the grill. Service has always been extremely helpful and attentive and can answer any question you have about the menu. On all my previous visits I have ordered the standard Bulgogi, which is always great and if you aren't sure what to get, this is always a safe and delicious choice. This last visit we ordered:B9: Jumuluk (sliced beef ribeye seasoned and lightly marinated in sesame oil) and B13: Haemul-Gui (assorted seafood: lobster tail, scallop, shrimp, squid, and vegetables in special house sauce).Everything was fresh and smelled amazing as it cooked up on the grill. I would highly recommend this restaurant. As usual, you can always be entertained by the TV showing the constant stream of K-Pop music vids :)

I haven't been so amused with a restaurant before in my life.I think I had the best experience of Korean Food. It was so awesome that I can come back again and again. One of the best restaurants that I have tried. What an authentic Korean Cuisine. The staffs were so friendly and very accommodating. They were very attentive in every detail that I gave them. They respect privacy of every customer. Very cozy and the food will never disappoint you.The place is very clean and follow health standards, since it's pandemic. The overall service was excellent. I am a very satisfied customer and I will recommend this to all of my friends. So, what are you waiting for? Let's dig in.

The staff were very friendly. We got combo 4 for BBQ and we had to cook about 1/3 to take home. So I'd say it would definitely feed 3 if you're not feeding a teenager with a hollow leg haha. The banchan was very good. The kimchi was not a super spicy so my husband who has had to work up his spice tolerance could eat it. It wasn't as pungent as kimchi I've eaten in Korea, but still very delicious and if you're on the fence or take it or leave it about Kimchi I think you might find you like this one. The fishcakes and cucumber are my favorite sides. I could eat bowl after bowl. The cucumber was sweet and spicy but not too spicy. The fishcake marinade makes them not very fishy and I love the texture. The toppoki has a fishier fish cake, but also good. Lastly, we got the mandu which was delicious with or without the sauce. This was a little taste of Korea I've been missing. I only have a tourists experience with Korean food, but for my taste buds I almost was back there. Will def make this our new date night spot.My only gripe is no duck that I could find on the menu and I didn't ask.

Had always wanted to try Korean BBQ after watching many a K drama , but never got around to it. Tried it for the first time tonight with my Girlfriend on valentine's day and it was amazing. If you get it you also have to get some Soju it's a must for Korean BBQ. We got the Tier 4 (c4) special which serves 2 people , and it was plenty of food for us.

It was little pricy. Careful when ordering the Korean drink, it costs $16. They also incorporate in the bill a 18% fee and on top of it they ask you for tips. Experience was between OK and good and while had to go there to try once, but because of the price it's unlike we will be back

We were excited to try it out.Except walking in on a Saturday and seeing that there was only one table sat in the entire place was our first indication maybe we shouldn't try it, but we did.Table was left extremely greasy. The server was 'nice' but very short and not accommodating even being aware it was our first time she had zero recommendations and stated that 1 plate of meat was 1 serving, but actually 1 plate served more like 4 people. We ordered some fried shrimp as an appetizer and both of us were almost 100% sure it was precooked and fried and frozen butterfly shrimp just like you by for 3 bucks in the freezer isle. It was garbage. No clean extra plates to eat the meat on after cooking, no forks. The raw meat we cooked and ate less than 1 piece of, it was not appetizing and lacked flavor. Highly dissatisfied, my friend still paid for everything although we didn't eat hardly any of it. They offered to cook the food for us and make it Togo but we had no appetite for anything they'd served us.

This place is fun! You can cook your own meat on the brazier right at the table and if you like Korean food, then you'll enjoy their selection. It's a bit on the pricey side, but the quality of the meat is excellent and you really do get what you pay for. The staff is extremely nice and attentive as well. It's an all around great experience eating here.
