To go prep employee as well as manager on doty were incredibly rude and insisted that I stole our order we made online and came back in for a repeat of the same order. I insisted that I was the only one who came in and that they must have had someone come in and either mix it up and grab the wrong food or someone else take it. However, they insisted that it was "very weird" and that we took it.Finally made me my order which was lacking all the ingredients that we had requested and sent me on my way but made sure to throw in one last dig on my way out. I will strongly recommend that anyone at my office doesn't place any orders from this location again.Would like to add that the lady who sets the bags in the to go area was incredibly nice and apologized for the behavior of her coworkers/manager.

Writing a review so I can remember to go to a different location next time! Whoever was working tonight made all 3 of my mobile orders wrong, forgot the salad dressing and chips, and we didn't know it till we were home.

I feel like every time I come in here around 8-815PM this store is doing closing work already. Tonight 5/1/22 was not any different. Food was cold and bland. Chips were stale.

About 2 pm today. Stood in line and watched it grow from 2 people to nearly out the door while they ONLY worked on on-line orders. Completely ignoring the customers present. Yesterday, when I got there, a sign on the door said they were closed, even though it was at lunch time. Will not be back to try again a third time.

Giving 2/5 stars, experience is hit or miss. Had an employee give customer before me large scoops to where they couldn't close lid in the end and didnt have to pay extra. When it came to my turn, portion was way smaller to where I asked for more and they were going to charge me extra! I think portion sizes should be consistent and if an employee is trying to hook a regular up, they shouldn't make it so obvious. I mean, I could have been a regular. I don't ask for too much and I always give good tips even with carry out.Another bad experience was when I waited for restaurant to open at 10:45am to get lunch early since I was in a rush and right at 10:45am they put a sign up that they will be closed till 11:15am. Seriously a waste of my time. Had I known they would be closed till 11:15am (put your signs up early!), I would have gone elsewhere instead of waiting in the parking lot.

Have had very good luck at this location. They give ample portions of ingredients unlike other locations in the area.

Food is excellent there's a lack of parking but that can't be helped but ladies and gentlemen be prepared to bring your mask even when we're not in a mandate they are demanding customers to put on their mask against their will or you will be told to leave. Not to mention instead of asking people politely (which I would have had no problem with) they're screaming at you across the restaurant calling you out the level of disrespect is insulting. As far as I'm concerned there's only three people allowed to scream at me like that that would be my superiors in the armed forces my mother and my wife consider me a customer lost.

Chipotle is chipotle, so you probably don’t need a review of the food, but the customer service here is lackluster. It’s not always that way but the employees have been consistently rude, and I go somewhat regularly.

I eat here multiple times a week and it's always freshly prepared and on time for pickup. Love your location!

Despite parking lot lack of space, the rapid, correct and pleasant service at this location meets or exceeds expectations, depending upon your other Chipotle experiences. It's small, the food is as expected, quick but not at all a place to hang out. Order To go.
