Good food, so what I usually expect from Chipotle. Clean environment in the lobby and behind the serving line. I also tried their chips and dip for the first time. I liked it and would order it again!
Chipotle has really gone downhill. I keep thinking it will be better each time I go but no. Only reason I do keep going is because my kids like it.
Just dropped by to pick up lunch for my office and had 2 separate orders. Not sure if hte cashier was new or just incompetent but the screwed up ringing in the order after I told them 2 separate orders they rang it up as one. Made them refund one order and then they screwed up the second one as well.
one of the worst locations. food is WAY TO SALTY!! chicken is too salty. and its not even diced chicken, its more like crumbled chicken?? get it together chipotle...
Food was cold and staff very rude - especially the person in charge who insisted our food was fine and no refund would be issued. Lost another customer and I guess I should have read the reviews on this location.
Always good food... Online ordering was misleading. It allowed me to select pick up 10 minutes from my order. There's no way. they were so busy I waited 20 minutes when I got there and they were so busy they forgot my guacamole.
Literally the best Chipotle in the Overland Park area to date. If you're wanting to try the sofritas? This place is the one to do so. And the portions? Don't even get me started on the portions. I've yet to have the need to ask for more while being served and it's certainly filling. You guys are doing awesome! ?? ??
Staff has changed so much that it has affected the quality of the food they let go out of their store. Raw vegetables they are supposed to be cooked, burritos poorly wrapped and smaller portions even on the rice. Chipotle will not be on our places to order in the near future.
Halfway through the burrito and still no meat whole lot of Brown guacamole and sour cream. You used to get what you pay for I don't know what happened. This is happened multiple times so I guess I'm the idiot for going back.
Very horrible experience, they were shouting over everyone across the store to ask me if I had a mask. They don't seem to care about their customers telling everyone to place a mask on when it's unsanitary to do so. People can be seated within a few feet of food and eat with mask off but can't place order to go with out one. Very unreasonable as a health requirement. Will not go back.
