Our waitress was Ciara and she was on her game. We had a fairly large group 9peoole and she absolutely the best. She made sure we were taken of care of. I couldn't ask for a better waitress. And food was fresh and orders were correct. Good food and great customer service
Great waitress. Unfortunately, the food was ehh. Not great. Had a Swiss Mushroom burger that wasn't great... good at best. My friend had a dry cheese and burger. She likes her hamburger rare and we weren't asked about the doneness of the burger so they were gray inside. She removed the bun and just had the burger and cheese with lots of ketchup. The fries were great. I liked the way they were cut. My second outing here in a couple of months and not happy either time. But, again, the waitress was fabulous!
I ordered with Door Dash with a delivery time of more than an hour. I received confirmation. Well, no sign of food being delivered. I contacted Door Dash and they could not contact Chili’s about my order. They wouldn’t pick up the phone! Very disappointed with my encounter with Chilis. An hour after the time I should have had dinner, no food! Door Dash was great to cancel my order and issue a credit for my trouble. Never eating or ordering from Chilis again!
Good food. Service was just ok! They had to bring out orders even appetizers in different times because they was short on stuff like fries.
We brought my step son and his family here for his birthday and we were sadly disappointed. Some of our party had never had Chili's and with this being their first time going, it was less than impressive. The service was poor as well as the food.
Had stopped coming to this restaurants because I felt a decline in food quality and service. After many months of not coming, I decided to visit and I can say I saw an improvement today.I'll come back again. If service level and food quality is upkept, I'll up to 5 stars.Keep it up guys.May/13/22 Update:Food and service were great. They earned the Fifth star. I recommend this restaurant
I would give 0 stars if I could. My mother and I was so excited to try chilis together for the first time, just for our experience to be horrible. First off, extremely rude staff. When we first entered, it took forever for us to be seated. On top of that, my mothers food wasn’t cooked to her liking. When we returned it, we heard upset and rude remarks from one of the cooks who was complaining about having to fix the food! Extremely poor customer service. Will never ever be coming back to this location, and I advise any of you considering coming here, DON’T!
Turning guest away for lack of servers me and family came in for a party of 8 turn us away stating its only two servers. But party of 3's kept coming in Manager talking from the back no courtesy to come out and assist or speak directly to customers to explain. After we was told it will be 15 minutes of a wait. Rude and unprofessional being in customer service and running a restaurant managers normally come out to assist to keep the business going. I really think it was racist to us being African Americans was not treated fairly.
When we first arrived, we were told 15 before getting a seat and then greeter said we could sit at the bar if we wanted to which we declined and then she decided to give us a table that was open the whole time.. The waiter came and took our order and had to come back twice to verify what we had ordered. I'm thinking maybe he might want to write it down? He brought us our drinks without straws and I went to the bar to ask for them and he proceeded to seem like he was upset I dated to get up and asked for them. Food came and it was very good. I did finish my drink during my meal and had a very difficult time trying to get his attention and by the time he finally decided to come to us, he quickly ditched is to go help the pretty girls who had not been there very long. He finally did bring our refills and slammed them the table spilling some of the soda. He pressured us asking if we were done yet and we had yet to get the dessert for our 2 for $25. He also swooped up our plates as I was not done with my sandwich and brought our dessert in a to go box. Upon leaving and heading home, my girlfriend noticed the cookie appeared to be cold and hard. I'm. Not sure if the cookie was to be cooked first but my girlfriend insisted it was not cooked or warmed up on anyway and to top it off , he didn't give us a spoon so by the time we made it home the ice cream was soup! Chili's is by far my girls favorite place to eat but this experience not satisfying at all and we feel after spending $50 on dinner , it would have been much better experience that we have always been accustomed to going to Chili's.. Hopefully this was a rare event and perhaps we should have called and requested our money back or something. Just overall not a pleasant experience at all and not sure we will return to this location ever again.
For the past year we have noticed this Chili's location slowly decline in over all service. From rude hostesses and staff, to the fryers being broken, or menu items being out of stock. Today (March 5th) my family and I attempted to go eat their, knowing that the wait would be long and they would be short staffed.No surprise when we got there (after 2pm) only a handful of tables were actually being used and three other families were waiting ahead of us. No hostess or waitress/waiter was anywhere in sight. As soon one of the other people said no one had even wrote their name down or told them the wait time, we knew we would have to leave.This location should simply shut down. If you actually get seated the food is still good (I think, it's been a while)...but the service is the worst out of all the restaurants around town. The management clearly doesn't care about the staffing issues or I'm sure more people would be eating their.The regional manager for this Chili's branch should simply shut this location down. It's wasting space where another potentially better staffed/managed restaurant could take it's place. I've been enjoying Chili's since I was a child, but if the state of this location is any representation of the direction the company is going...it doesn't look positive.
