Used to live in Delaware where the original shop is. They are using good bread here and the cheese steaks are delicious. Try a Cole Turkey if you like coleslaw, it's out of this world!

Frankly just a good sandwich place. I accidentally ordered The Bobby first and wasn't able to pull myself away to try another sandwich for a year. I usually get a small and it lasts me two meals.P.S. idk who was working the phone on June 6th in the evening but that man gave me the most professional phone ordering experience that I have ever had. 10/10 would order from him again. Capriotti needs to give that man a bonus
Capriotti’s is now my favorite sandwich shop. Hands down the best sandwich money can buy when you order the Capastrami! Everything from the bread to the coleslaw is amazing. The restaurant is very clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I tried Capriotti's for the first time a week ago. I got the pick 2 Wagyu and Bleu and the cheese steak.. It was soooooo good! I met my husband for lunch today and got the Wagyu cheese steak and he got the Capastrami. Both were delicious but I'm partial to the cheese steaks. I typically like horseradish sauce with my cheese steaks and they don't carry it (they told me they might be getting it in) but you don't even need it. Definitely recommend!
Wow! You guys did an outstanding job! I had a pretty good size catering order for pick up Sat. It was perfect! Ready on time, staff was awesome to work with working the details out. We had so many compliments on the sandwiches. It made my heart happy to share a little piece of Vegas with my KC family. Awesome job!!!
first time trying captiotti’s after hearing lots of good things. the turkey was dry but i was okay with that as you could tell it was fresh. unfortunately it was too fresh as i took a nice bite into this. yuck.
Love this place first time ever disappointed. Chicken cheesesteak but it's not right if it's missing the cheese! Major bummer. Yes I did check several times because I was so surprisedwhen I got home and having such a major important part of the sandwich missing. No worries one mistake is not enough to stop me from giving them another chance. I do recommend that the kitchen and eating area play the same music or at least different volumes so they aren't competing against each other. WOW
I've been here twice now. Both times I've ordered a Hot Bobbie (Turkey and Stuffing). The sandwich is so so good, but I had bones in my sandwich both times. First time I was willing to excuse it as a fluke, but a second time? Do I need to specifically order it without turkey bones? This is a major safety hazard. I understand how busy they get, but you can't be that careless in the food industry. I'm just shocked. The health department needs to pay this place a visit STAT.
I ordered the American Wagyu Roast Beef with added pickles and extra lettuce. This is what I received. The texture of the beef was more like chopped/chipped beef, and had melted cheese and onions on it like a cheesesteak. Unfortunately, it was sub par so I don't think I'll be returning. I did also have the chicken noodle soup and that was good!
